We booked a week bed and breakfast at Aleysa just four days before travelling. From the moment we arrived our experience at this hotel was exceptional. The fact it has only 37 rooms instantly gives you the feeling that your being treated as an individual and not just another guest of many. As an example when we arrived we where shown through the lobby to be seated on the terrace by the pool and checked in over a complementary drink, no need to explain who you are and who you travelling with. The rooms are excellent spacious and comfortable, very well laid out and stylish with extra touches like a light in the wardrobe or radio in the bathroom without being overly ostentatious given you a feeling of being spoilt and relaxed. Two highlights to mention are the staff and the breakfast. The staff always engage with you in a personal manner they seem always to want to present the hotel in its best form and alway with a smile. They meet you and ask how’s it going and how’s the holiday never afraid to start the conversation. We really enjoyed the breakfast an excellent small buffet selection of high quality well presented fair is only the start. The Ala carte breakfast menu is fantastic. To have freshly cooked food served to you by great staff while sitting in the morning sun on the terrace overlooking the beach is a fantastic way to start any day of a holiday Lunch and poolside service also first class. The hotel is very nice with a great sea view, swimming pool and balcony with a view, very enjoyable when the weather is good. The hotel facilities are relatively complete, in addition to the toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers need to bring your own, the front desk can also change the change to take the bus. There are some very good seafood restaurants around. Apart from being far from the city, everything else is perfect and it is the perfect choice for a vacation.

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern apartment. Unfortunately we were located above the ventilation for the laundry/technical room so not a minute day or night that didn't sound like we were next to a factory! We were in room 515 and really this room and the rooms above and below should be blocked off. Not only the constant noise but various smells, some nice....washing, some not so great.....school dinners! We did ask to move rooms immediately but only 2 rooms with small double beds were offered and we liked the large twin beds. Would definitely stay again but only if we could guarantee to be away from the ventilation system. The only other issue... we fancied eating dinner in the restaurant one evening. On arrival, we asked if there were vegetarian options as it's a buffet. The guy told us to go to the snack bar! Overall a great place for a holiday, just not in room 515!

The setting for the hotel is excellent on the sea front and a short walk from the marina with ample sun beds and seating areas. The recently refurbished best Triton is a very spacious and modern hotel. The rooms with walk in showers are large and well designed. The massive main bar and entertainment room with plenty of seats for the shows which are typical Spanish hotel types.(leaving something to be desired,With an obvious limited budget.) At certain times there can be a queue for the bar but there are waiters walking round as well. The restaurant is not big enough,it gets very busy and you learn to choose your times.Typically the pre cooked food is never hot enough but there is a fresh cooking grill and noodle bar. The all inclusive wines leave a bit to be desired.(which I suppose is normal.) The staff are generally very friendly and helpful though they are very very busy. I stayed for a month which I found a little to long and so Will consequentially be going back for only 2 weeks in November.

Fantastic Hotel, the views are amazing, the Nix bar, though not included with all inclusive package was amazing. We had to come home 5 days early due to my wife herniating a disc. Jet 2 and the hotel staff were really helpful in sorting us out with emergency Dr's, Airport transfers etc. We didn't get to see as much as we would have liked but would love to return. No bars or restaurants within walking distance but only about £4 taxi to main centre and marina. The hotel has alot to offer and evening entertainment was very good. Overall, we would and will return.

This is not a 4* hotel in my opinion. Check in was as efficient as checking in 20 people could be. Our room was quite small and my biggest gripe was that there was NO storage other than a wardrobe with 12 hangers. The rail was about 7 feet high in the cupboard and if a hanger fell out of it's holder , it was at the top of my reach. I stuffed t-shirts onto the shelf of my bedside table and lived out of my suitcase. There was nowhere in the bathroom to put out toiletries or any hooks to hang my washbag, You need to take a travel kettle and t bags /coffee if you want a morning cuppa on your balcony. There was only a shower but it didn't have a tray and the shower sprayed all over the floor if we were't careful. There was no usual shelf to put my sunhat on. BUT the room was beautifully clean, the (good quality) towels were replaced regularly. The choice of food was varied and plentiful.The pool was clean and well used. If there had been a chest of drawers in the room and hooks on the walls , it would have been fantastic. However , I wouldn't choose to return for that reason

From start to finish we had a fabulous time. The hotel was always being cleaned and was kept beautiful. We had a brilliant room 164 right by the sun and moon terrace and it was very modern. Lovely decor and bathroom was newly refurbished. The sun and moon terrace had a lovely atmosphere and sometimes had entertainment which was a great addition. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and you are always guaranteed a sunbed. We were bed and breakfast and there was always a great choice of options available: the live cooking station did fresh eggs, omelettes, or even pancakes for those who wanted that instead. A huge variety of cakes and pastries, an option for full breakfasts which were delicious and loads of fruit and meats with bread. The coffee is also Nescafé and is brilliant to get your morning fix😆 The location is superb! Whether you are heading to the Marina which is stunning or whether you visit la Carihuela it’s perfect. We had a great holiday and will definitely be back! We will also be recommending to family and friends! Thanks hotel alay! 💙

Nice hotel good choice of food shame not much entertainment.. also a bit too far out for other bars and restaurants.. only the marina close by ...apart from that hotel and staff really nice and friendly . If the hotel and marina is all you want it's a good choice

Arrived at hotel to a wonderful reception area. There were around 10 people before us checking in however still took an hour to get to our turn so beware a long wait. We were upgraded to a magnificent suite on the 3rd floor with amazing front see views. Room was massive with leather sofa, tv, patio doors, bed was ginormous and very comfy. We were happy at this point. The grounds were lovely and a well positioned hotel. Alot of children here and very noisy. Now the food? Well breakfast was ok i suppose, pretty standard you would find in most hotels. Not happy about the fried eggs being deep fried? Evening meal salad bar was ok, meats, cheeses etc. The problem was with the hot food area. Meats, main dishes, pasta, vegetables it was all either overcooked, tough, cold, uninspiring, deep fried or generally boring. I've been to many hotels in Spain, Greece, Egypt, Cape Verde and this was the worst. My partner never complains about anything but even she commented on it every night. We ate out a few times for a change. Apart from the evening meal the hotel is lovely. I would book B&B next time and eat out every night.
