Fantastic Hotel, the views are amazing, the Nix bar, though not included with all inclusive package was amazing. We had to come home 5 days early due to my wife herniating a disc. Jet 2 and the hotel staff were really helpful in sorting us out with emergency Dr's, Airport transfers etc. We didn't get to see as much as we would have liked but would love to return. No bars or restaurants within walking distance but only about £4 taxi to main centre and marina. The hotel has alot to offer and evening entertainment was very good. Overall, we would and will return.

What a fantastic place! Really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was very spacious and was perfect for me and my family. The place was clean and organized and all you needed was left in room i.e. cutlery, iron, pots and pans etc. We had an amazing sea view from our balcony too. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. Overall very happy and will definitely return!

The hotel is very nice with a great sea view, swimming pool and balcony with a view, very enjoyable when the weather is good. The hotel facilities are relatively complete, in addition to the toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers need to bring your own, the front desk can also change the change to take the bus. There are some very good seafood restaurants around. Apart from being far from the city, everything else is perfect and it is the perfect choice for a vacation.

Apt RSEG. DO NOT ACCEPT ON CHECK IN. We had a young toddler with us. Our apartment was in a separate building across a road up a hill. This was not conducive to using the pool facilities. Given we had to go down the road anyway, we ended up going to the beach and paying to use so loungers. To access the pool from our building, you had to cross the road and carry the buggy down steps. It was not accessible. Our only outside space felt like a cage.
We had to sign an antisocial behaviour policy at check in. This gave false reassurance. We had a full blown party in the apartment above us. I complained to reception. No action was taken. There were no staff in our building to notice. I had to complain again the second night.
We had ants in our apartment. The response was to give us a can of insect spray.
The bathroom door was warped and would not close.
The bathroom shower leaked all over the apartment including the bedroom.. They came up and told us it was fine. No cleaning offered. It happened again the next morning. The bathroom door clearly showed damage so we were not the only ones to experience flooding. I again complained and they cleared the blockage. I had to ask again that they wash the floors given we had a toddler crawling on the filthy floors. The bedding was even wet from dragging in the flood.
Overall very disappointed.
The only redeeming aspect was one member of the front desk staff that was attentive and responsive when we spoke with him.

This was a short stay for a girl’s holiday. Hotel: The hotel is small and quiet. The rooms are modern, clean and laid out well. The restaurant was nice / modern but very slow service (however, they were a chef down on the day we visited). Location: i found the location to be ideal. Close to amenities and a few minutes walk to the beach. Taxis were easy to get and very reasonable if you wanted to go a little further out. Pool: Small but this was no issue and there was never a problem getting a sunbed. You can’t use the pool area until 10am but it is open until 10pm. Worth noting it does get shaded towards the afternoon. You can hire towels to use for the pool - which is good to know and would save luggage space. Staff: The staff were very welcoming, friendly and always helpful. Area: There is a Supermarket further up the road, but plenty of smaller shops too very close by and a pharmacy next door. We had no issues, but I would say it’s worth a walk to find nicer bars and restaurants. I would definitely return to this hotel.

This is not a 4* hotel in my opinion. Check in was as efficient as checking in 20 people could be. Our room was quite small and my biggest gripe was that there was NO storage other than a wardrobe with 12 hangers. The rail was about 7 feet high in the cupboard and if a hanger fell out of it's holder , it was at the top of my reach. I stuffed t-shirts onto the shelf of my bedside table and lived out of my suitcase. There was nowhere in the bathroom to put out toiletries or any hooks to hang my washbag, You need to take a travel kettle and t bags /coffee if you want a morning cuppa on your balcony. There was only a shower but it didn't have a tray and the shower sprayed all over the floor if we were't careful. There was no usual shelf to put my sunhat on. BUT the room was beautifully clean, the (good quality) towels were replaced regularly. The choice of food was varied and plentiful.The pool was clean and well used. If there had been a chest of drawers in the room and hooks on the walls , it would have been fantastic. However , I wouldn't choose to return for that reason

Visited these apartments with a friend in November for first time and have to say we had a lovely stay. Located very central to all you need for a self catering holiday, 10 mins walk to beach and marina, supermarkets and shops all within 5 mins walk, bus stop at bottom of road. We stayed in room 408 and had nice view of street/main road/sea. The apartment was a 1 bedroom with separate living/cooking area which was ideal for myself and friend. Although no balcony in these apartments it wasn't an issue as we were out most of the time. Pool area is clean and had no issues getting sunbeds. All staff work very hard and always served with a smile. Big shout out to Raphael who made sure we had everything we needed. Drinks and food were of good standard and the karaoke bar below apartments is by far the best in town. Towels changed on 3rd day. This is an ideal base for anyone wanting to explore the surrounding area of Benalmadena/Torremolinos/Malaga. We will definitely return as the value for money was fantastic! Well done Doramar 👏

Overall we had a lovely holiday. Hotel lovely, spotlessly clean and premier rooms very well decorated and the view fabulous. My biggest complaint is that as a non smoker if you are unfortunate enough to get a smoker in the rooms near you they are allowed to smoke on their balcony. As a result your room is engulfed in cigarette smoke and you are forced to remain in your room and close your patio door. I think this is very unfair in a non smoking hotel. Other hotels I have stayed in Spain non smoking means no smoking on their premises including room balconies and smokers were given a smoking area with seating well away from the hotel to indulge their habit. My only other comment would be that the restaurant can be very busy and in my husbands words (IT WAS LIKE A ZOO AT FEEDING TIME). I understand that they have a separate restaurant for premier rooms and this should be open when the hotel is full. That’s the end of my complaints. I should add that I would return to the hotel as we had a lovely 2 weeks and the hotel is ideally situated. Thanks to all the staff who do a cracking job.

Unfortunately we were located above the ventilation for the laundry/technical room so not a minute day or night that didn't sound like we were next to a factory! We were in room 515 and really this room and the rooms above and below should be blocked off. Not only the constant noise but various smells, some nice....washing, some not so great.....school dinners!
We did ask to move rooms immediately but only 2 rooms with small double beds were offered and we liked the large twin beds.
Would definitely stay again but only if we could guarantee to be away from the ventilation system.
The only other issue... we fancied eating dinner in the restaurant one evening. On arrival, we asked if there were vegetarian options as it's a buffet. The guy told us to go to the snack bar!
Overall a great place for a holiday, just not in room 515!

RRenat TimokhinMejor imposible. Un hotel con un servicio y atencion al cliente de primera. Estoy super contento por la compra, el precio lo vale. No te arrepentirás. Hasta las habitaciones tienen rituals, el buffet del desayuno todo con cerdo ibérico para el que le guste la carne. Limpieza de diez, los restaurantes y comida de lujo. Vistas increíbles. Por cierto la ropa de cama y la cama en general super cómoda. Uno de los restaurantes tiene una estrella michellin.

There is no Wi-fi in this hotel for customers! We were 4 nights over there and were never able to use it, cause it’ s not working at all in a Room, at balcony or outside in the garden or pool areas. Don’t trust that it’ s there for you to use at your Stay. Overall the hotel is nice. There is sauna and hot tub in the garden and also a swimming pool to enjoy. Outside kitchen area provides a barbecue setting to use if you want and also needed tablewear and place to wash your dishes. Nicely set up. This hotel is small. Only few Rooms (10?) and in two floors. Most of them in the first floor. Balcony’s are separated with plants so you’d feel a little more like it’ s your own space. You can get a welcoming set of coffee pods, a few cold drinks and couple of tea bags, but if you are staying a bit longer than one night, a visit to a supermarket is maybe a good idea. The fridge is small size. You can hear the traffic and Bar noise from near by streets when sitting in outside areas, but Rooms are quite silenced. We did sleep well. If you don’t need to be in contact by Wi- Fi, You will relax nicely. There is a lot of steps to move around and no lifts. That is good to know if steps are impossible for you. For Us it didn’t make any difference. Good location. Easy to park nearby (it is free) or come by buses. In a walking distance there is restaurants, shops and nice place just to walk around in the hills of Pueblo.

CcarolynhJ3429IIWe have just returned from a 6 night visit to this hotel as a family of 4- 2 teenagers. The apartment was a good size, twin beds in the bedroom and comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. Good facilities including washing machine and dishwasher which was very useful. Pool bar does decent food and drinks and was reasonably priced. 5 minute walk to the beach and promenade with lots of bars and restaurants near by. 30 minute walk to the marina or around 6 euros in a taxi. Bus stop at the end of the road towards either Malaga or Fuengirola. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

I can say that I have a generally good impression of the days I stayed. You may feel uncomfortable only with children and their voices. If you want to have a holiday alone with your partner or spouse, the village may be a bit noisy. I was very impressed by the smiling faces and helpful and kind behavior of the employees during my holiday. I was especially impressed by the hospitality and hard work of ''Carlos Bustas''. I would like to thank him for taking care of us and being very hardworking. The only thing I can say about the security staff is that they should be more polite and smile a little, the effect they give in their gazes and the way they talk is quite aggressive, other than that the employees were generally good and kind. Food is okay not bad. There is only bad I can say for burger beef I can't belive how they can serve this thing ''it's a thing , cant be food''. Specially if you from UK you will feel home like mornings beans and fridays fish&chips and many more... Overall I can say that was good experience and on future I can try RIWO or Polynesia..

Nice hotel good choice of food shame not much entertainment.. also a bit too far out for other bars and restaurants.. only the marina close by ...apart from that hotel and staff really nice and friendly . If the hotel and marina is all you want it's a good choice

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful place, So Nice we where considering rescheduleing out flight so we could stay another week. Perfect location but also the best staff, Marie, Laura, Carlos and the other girl wich I sadly dont remeber her name by ,but she worked nightshifts all did make our vaccation feel like home an so welcomed, we will defenitly be back for a longer stay. Pool had sun an umbrellas an a huge sun terrass. All the other guests seemed to be out on the same mission as us, just to relax so atmosphere at hotel 10/10 very calm an quiet in nights. We did not see even one drunk tourist. We miss this place already.
