Booked online. Breakfast was hot and good. Rooms are nice but could hear the people above us walking around. Bed was very comfortable. Clean, and great location.

Breakfast ran out of food before 8 am. No towels for the pool and front desk staff was absent 90% of the time, so no one could help alleviate any problems.
The hotel was clean and quiet, but don’t expect the promised amenities.

Was very upset with how I was treated by one of the guest service employee. He treated me very unprofessionally and I will never stay there again. Rooms ok. Woke up to someone 3 rooms down getting arrested. So I don’t know how safe this hotel is. Tried to call the hotel customer service, they said I needed to contact ******* to file a complaint. Didn’t even try to make it right or listen to our concerns. Good luck if you stay here.

Would absolutely not stay here again. It was very minimal and dirty. We asked for more pillows than the 3 per queen bed and were told no. My kids swam in the pool and the chlorine was so strong that my son temporarily lost his vision.

The check in was easy. I was greeted as walked in the door. She was friendly quick and efficient. She was helpful with recommendations for places to eat. I will come back to stay again!

There was blood and mascara on the pillow cases, the bed had blood on the sheets, there is stuff all over the curtains, the front desk guy gave us clean sheets and a bed cover, I’ll be speaking to the manager tomorrow.

This hotel was fairly clean but very run down
Mold growing on walls above the shower, side door coming into hotel doesnt have a lock, our room door was locked but not shut all the way when we got there

Very positive experience for one overnight on our trip home to Spokane. Room had all the essentials and was very well appointed with fresh paint and lovely wall hangings. King-size bed was very comfortable. Appreciated quiet a/c and heater. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was just fine with waffle irons and fresh eggs and sausage available. Finally price was right --as low for all of the above as we've seen in our area. This will be our first choice for future trips through the Bend area.

Friendly front staff! Room needed a deep clean. Shower had a bit of mold on upper tile ledge. Carpet needed good vacuuming. Didn’t hear kids running or doors slamming.
