Hotel Bendigo dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

It's a brilliant location. As the photo shows, the motel is right in front of the Mine site. It is also next to the tram depot. It is an easy walk to all the town has to offer too. Across the road is Beechwoth Bakery and the National Hotel. I was part of a group for a weekend of golf and other fun. We wanted to share costs which was a bit tricky but Justin really helped us out. He even had a few bottles of wine for sale for some needy members. He also provides a full service bar in the conference room. Our room, number 2, was very comfortable with toaster, microwave, TV etc. It connected to room 3 which worked well. The courtyard was great for gathering over a cup of tea or other beverage.

My wife and I stayed at this Quality hotel for one night. The hotel is located on the main road through Bendigo - High Street, conveniently and directly across the road from Lake Weeroona. It’s a very short drive from the Bendigo CBD. On arrival after 2pm we were handed our key and informed that our room was located at the end of the courtyard. On opening the door I saw the bed unmade and a tray of food sitting next to it. I returned to reception and asked for another room. The staff were very apologetic and as such, we were allocated another room in the same area. The rooms are standard but comfortable and clean. I would have given this hotel a higher rating if it wasn’t for the train line located directly behind our room. We had V-Line and freight trains keeping us awake during the night and into the morning. Also, although the room has black out blinds, there are no pelmets fitted to keep out the external room/courtyard lighting. I prefer dark rooms when sleeping. I’ve stayed at various other motels in Bendigo with better sleeping conditions than that we experienced at this hotel. There are two types of accommodation available, firstly the rooms located at the rear of the reception/Restaurant/conference rooms (courtyard) are the older rooms as I described above. The newer rooms are located above the reception and fronting High St looking at Lake Weeroona. Then were rooms are dearer in price. The hotel has conference facilities, a restaurant, outdoor pool and a nice bbq area in the middle of the courtyard. Our

Only one cot is available (we have twins) and only stairs, which was hard to climb with babies, TV remote was very difficult to use and not many mini bar options. Otherwise, it's great. Just probably not for young families. I'd go back again with my partner alone.

I stay two nights in total at the Mercure Bendigo Schaller during Grand Prix Weekend. This was my first time travelling to Bendigo. I was very satisfied with the outstanding customer service and the very friendly staff here at the hotel. Location of hotel was good with central access to everything in town. Rooms are quite small and bathroom is almost like a dorm but I must say it was very clean. It would be great if there was a streaming service or casting available with the TV. My Bed was a little uncomfortable but I still managed to sleep in. There is very limited car spaces availble on site but parking is availble next door to hospital and is only $8 a day. Overall I was quite satisfied with everything and enjoyed my time here in Bendigo. I will most likely stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I ordered 3 rooms for the weekend for 6 adults. Needed a queen, double and family room. Booked online and received a confirmation email of the three room booking. We would arrive Saturday and leave Sunday. I booked 3 weeks in advance. On Thursday before the weekend I got a phone call from the hotel. It was explained they only had two rooms available. I explained I need 3 rooms and was told there was nothing else available. No apology, nothing, in fact I found the man who called quite rude considering it is the hotels error. Simply all I could get was those two rooms. Poor work on the hotels behalf as apparently my booking only had 2 rooms. I have attached part of the confirmation for my booking. Confirming the three rooms, which I booked on the hotels website so their only excuse is they lost part of my reservation. DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR RESERVATION LOST TWO DAYS BEFORE YOU ARE MEANT TO ARRIVE!!

We were really looking forward to staying at this hotel. Great looking old place, fantastic location and the room was nice. Service however is absolutely woeful. Could someone actually provide service with a smile? Apparently not. Could the vomit outside the restaurant window and both sides of the entrance door be washed down or cleaned up? Apparently not. Could our room be serviced? Apparently not. Could the coffee in the restaurant in the morning be nice instead of absolutely awful? Apparently not. Could someone at reception actually fix an issue brought to their attention? Apparently not. And could they not say they would fix it but not actually do so? You guessed it. Apparently not. We got back to the room after being out to dinner only to discover nothing had been done to resolve the lack of coffee, room service etc? And reception was of course closed by the time we had returned. If you’re thinking about staying this gorgeous old hotel brace yourself for what I can only describe as the worst customer service I think I have ever had at any hotel, ever. And I have used a lot of hotels world wide.
