Stayed here with 5 others early november, staff at desk were brilliant at getting us checked in nice n quick, room was bang on for what we needed and the balcony was an added bonus, bed was lovely and comfy, only gripe was breakfast it was okay for the price but was flat cold, although there is a microwave at hand to warm it up, but like someone said earlier there are loads of places close to eat out, tapas alley was nearby and the food was absolutely delicious, beach is a 5 minute walk and a great place to spend the day chilling in the Spanish sun, we will definitely stay here again.

Great location beach very close by lots of bars & restaurants The check in was very smooth & our room & bathroom was spotless during our stay we hired a safe & kettle There is plenty choice at breakfast time & chef is making omelettes & frying eggs to order , went down twice for evening meal lots to pick from ( maybe not the hottest ) but that could just be me There was music every night in the bar area which was alway busy The hotel staff were all lovely & helpful We were lucky enough to stay over new year & was treated to a fantastic evening the management & staff worked so hard making it such a special night Many thanks to all

Myself and wife travelled to the Princesa last week, our checkin was very quick and we were allowed access to our room a few hours early. Immediately the friendliness of the staff was evident they genuinely couldn't do enough for us. The food was off a high standard with excellent vegetarian options everything served was very hot. The entertainment was very enjoyable and suitable for all age groups. The sun terrace was really beautiful a lovely place to relax and have a drink. The Hotel is a 10 min walk to the old town and the Beach. In summary we would 💯 go back to the RH Princesa and would say it lives up to its 4* Status Paul & Mandy Northern Ireland

Buena relación calidad-precio, destacar la amabilidad y simpatía del personal, buena zona aunque un poco difícil aparcar. Las camas muy buenas pero se oía un ruido de las chapas del techo de la terraza tanto en mi habitación como en la de mis padres. This hotel is situated above the coach station at the top of Benidorm, but don't let that put you off! It's exceptionally quiet, and has amazing views. Due to the shape of the building, some end rooms are quirky but spacious, the large windows give you fantastic views of either Benidorm or the mountains. At night it's deadly quiet. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Double Bed is a little small, ask for twin beds if you want more bed space. Pillows are also a little flat, typical to Europe. Bathrooms have a bath with shower over and toiletries are provided. Rooms have aircon, TV but no tea or coffee facilities. The cafe downstairs is open from 9am and does great coffee and snacks. There is a buffet restaurant but we didn't use it. There is a small gym and outdoor swimming pool on the first floor, perfect sunbathing area! Free underground car parking opposite the hotel or lots of off road spaces beside the hotel. Friendly staff on reception too!

De primera cara el personal es muy amable, están a tu disposición y realmente son rápidos. Tiene buenas instalaciones aunque un poco extraño la manera en la que están repartidos. Ahora, para la relación calidad-precio y ser un hotel 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear, las habitaciones no las limpian bien, y no es que dejamos la habitación sucia, pero a primera vista se nota que no lo han limpiado sobretodo el baño. Los huéspedes pasaban corriendo y gritando por los pasillos dificultando tomar siesta o dormir directamente. La ubicación está bien, cerca de levante. De haber sido impecable sería unas 4 estrellas pero para mi no vale la pena.

Los apartamentos están muy bien,la limpieza regular.
Cocina equipada con lo justito,la verdad pudimos apañarmos.Dos camas de 90 unidas hacían de cama de matrimonio.Estubimos en piso 13 y las vistas espectaculares,lo que más me gustó fue la terraza,con barandilla de cristal.La ubicación está bien,fuera del bullicio,pero cerca de todo.En una colina,vistas a ella , la ciudad y el Mar.
Puedes hacer uso de las instalaciones y actividades del hotel que hay a la vuelta de la esquina.Piscina climatizada,sauna gimnasio,animación.Los recepcionistas muy amables,nos solucionaron un problema con la reserva.
Si vienes en verano ,los apartamentos tienen piscinas abajo con zona de solarium.En general está muy bien.
El edificio llega a la planta 33,se ve desde cualquier punto de Benidorm,muy alto.Hayaquinas expendedoras con agua y comida.

AANUSSARAWoww!! This hotel is a 11/10. We spent so much time looking for a stay in Benidorm. The location is 2 mins walk to old town and quiet area. The room was spacious. The check-in staff was super friendly and nice. We felt really welcome there. The pool is big but it was cold as it was 15 degree so we did not get to use it. The rooftop bar was amazing with sunset view.
The breakfast got load of choices. A lot juice and fruit. Meat and cheeses. There was English Breakfast too. Many sweets if you are a sweet tooth.
I am 100% recommended this hotel

Had a disabled room which was nice but disappointed disabled people have no access to get in to the pool or up to the top level where most of the sun is in the winter

This is the 2nd time at the Venus for a group of 10 ladies of various ages. We stayed for 4 nights. The location is excellent and the breakfast is fantastic, a great selection too. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Rooms a bit small & not keen on bathroom door (we hang a long dress on the door) but didn’t stop us going back as the service is great, from reception staff to bar staff. Lovely pool area & great cocktails! Top tip - take an extension lead as lack of plug sockets without unplugging TV & no kettle so take your own. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Magníficos apartamentos junto al Ayuntamiento y en el centro de Benidorm. Habitación de tamaño correcto. Cocina bien amueblada y con vajillas y cubiertos suficientes. Plancha para la ropa (todo un detalle) Aire acondicionado efectivo. Salón agradable aunque el sofá cama como sofá es incómodo, cosa que suele ser así en casi todos los sitios. Personal muy agradable y atento, desde el conserje Mauricio, la chica que le sustituye y hasta las chicas de la limpieza. Un 10 para todos ellos. Cambio de ropa de cama y toallas frecuente. Buena limpieza. Hay un pequeño parking gratuito que en ocasiones se llena y hay que buscar donde aparcar fuera. Tiene una zona de lavadoras y secadora de uso gratuito. De los muchos apartamentos donde he estado este sin duda es el mejor en calidad y precio. Pequeña piscina y zona de solárium.

We upgraded to the new studio apartments and it was well worth it. A huge room with a mini kitchen, which had everything you could need. A very comfortable bed. A large sofa and a TV which could be turned around, either for viewing whilst seated on the sofa or in bed. Lots of storage space for everything really. Plenty of hangers and drawers. Beautifully decorated and really clean. The bathroom was large and luxurious. The Levante Beach Club is now two buildings, and has a lovely new pool area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great too. Thoroughly recommended.

Stayed over Christmas week, small room with narrow balcony view of flats opposite. Lady at reception made a big deal of us having a superior room with a balcony. Noticed large puddle on floor, leak from ceiling, obviously apparent to anyone checking the room. Quickly fixed ( and the room safe that didn't work) then it leaked again 2 days later. Food was basically fish or pork. All inclusive drinks were poor spirits from a mixer machine with very cheap sugary tonic, sweet gin and tonic! You can't order a drink more often than every 15 minutes? Or something like that. 10 mins walk to beach. Rooftop pool is 0.75M deep and is 8 people maximum. Walls are paper thin. Seating in the bar in places torn.

Perfect stay at the trebol one again. We stayed in a group of couples for the Benidorm half marathon for the second year in a row. The apartments are spacious and clean throughout. The location is the deal sealer for us due to everything being in local proximity. If you’re looking for a cheap cheerful no frills apartment in Benidorm this is the one! The staff are very friendly and we’re happy to take photos of us etc.

3 stars? Should be at least 4 Excellent bed linen. No heavy, scratchy blankets, but instead we got lovely soft fleecy throws. Roomy terrace. Terrace got the sun until well into the late afternoon, loads of room to relax and read or sunbathe. Brilliant shower. Pressure of shower was great. So often the water is a trickle when abroad but this was a great shower. Food was VERY Spanish, which is absolutely fine but due to gut issues I am a restricted eater, I did always find something but pickings were slim some nights. Perhaps some more options could be offered. The food that was there was of a very high quality. Great location, not far from amenities and the beach. Thank you Montesol, would definitely recommend ⭐

Just back after 10 nights here, after staying here for 10 days last October. Lovely hotel, excellent value and service. Excellent staff. Plenty of choice for breakfast, they do excellent bar snacks and drinks. Lovely pool area, which I spent lots of time around. If you go to the hotel side of the pool you get the sun all day from around 11-15. Lovely staff. The hotel is located central to the different areas of the Lavante beach area. 10 mins walk to beach, 15 back from beach, due to hill. About 10 to 15 minutes walk to Old town. Never walked to ***** area, but would say someone with decent walking speed could get there in 15 minutes, taxi about 7-8 euro. Hotel entertainment is geared to Spanish guests, didn't bother me as we went out every night. Hotel rooms good, comfortable beds, decent bathroom, bedroom and balcony. Fantastic free WIFI, excellent coverage throughout hotel, room and pool areas. Don't rely on TV to watch British channels, didn't bother us. My ONLY two slight negatives of the room is no kettle, so bring a kettle if you do want a cuppa in your room, and no fridge. However as the free Aircon is brilliant the bottles of water and pop kept cool enough. Don't expect a luxury hotel, especially for £50 a night for a couple for bed and breakfast. Excellent value. If you want luxury pay luxury prices. Didn't have any meals apart from breakfast so can't comment on what is available.

SSusy CollHemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo en este hotel y por supuesto, en Benidorm. Aunque ya lo conocíamos, nunca deja de sorprendernos. El hotel muy agradable, aunque nos hubiera gustado estar en una planta más alta y con mejores vistas. A ver si la próxima vez lo conseguimos, ya que me gustaría volver. El buffet del desayuno nos ha parecido muy variado y abundante. En fin, una estancia con todo lo esperado y más.
