This is a true experience of this hotel .Rooms lovely most staff lovely especially maids and reception .only thing was food and restaurant .make you wait in long queue to sit you down .at 8 o'clock . Manageress in restaurant bit abrupt .Only Spanish food nothing could we eat at all .Breakfast very poor also .no beans or tinned tomatoes 🍅 whole week .all food wrote in Spanish do not cater for any other nationality at all .I know we are in Spain but thought we could eat something but No . We ended up going down to look every night .Then had to eat out .Thank goodness it is cheap in benidorm and plenty of restaurants and cafe .would not come back to this hotel for only this reason. Everything else fine only restaurant and staff .If your a fussy eater go room only .As I said all other staff lovely

We spent 2 nights in this hotel because it was in quiet location and has free parking. It is literally 10 minutes car drive to Benidorm with all the hassle and bustle and silly hotel and parking prices. You could walk to the town in 20 to 30 minutes depending on your pace or you can catch a bus from the Bus Depot literally next door to the hotel - a taxi should not be too expensive either but we didn’t use it as we had our car. As others have remarked the hotel is in a quiet area and there are no shops in the immediate vicinity ( there used to be large shopping complex attached to the hotel but it has closed down leaving it looking deserted) but as already remarked it is not far from downtown Benidorm with all the bars and restaurants you might want! The hotel has a sauna and a gym but we didn’t have time to use either so can’t comment how good they are. The hotel room we were allocated was large ( 2 double beds) and clean. The only thing the room was simple but it met our needs - if you want luxurious interiors you need to look elsewhere - we would say the rooms would be on par to a Holiday Inn Express or Premier Inn but much larger with good cupboard space and large bathrooms. The only thing to say about our room was that it was right opposite the fire station and the 2 days we were there the fire engines set off with their sirens early in the morning (0700hrs) which woke us up so you might want to request a room that is not opposite the fire station in case they are called out on other calls early in the morning - we heard no sirens during the night so they must like in other parts of the world maintain silence during the night hours. Some people have complained about the mattress but we had no trouble and slept really well on the beds. Only thing to say is the mattresses in our room were memory foam so expect them to be hard if you are not used to it. The room was too warm for us but were thankful for the windows which could be opened which let in just the right amount of cool air to make it comfortable to sleep. The room has air con but like other hotels we have stayed in it is centrally controlled so in the winter it only pushes out hot air and you can’t adjust it to the cold setting to push out cool air. The breakfast is great value and we thought for the money was excellent. It caters for almost everyone - cold meats, fruit, yogurts, tea/coffee on tap, best toaster we have experienced in hotels which actually toasts your bread(!), selection of breads, mini croissants, selection of sweet pastries, selection of cereals, fried eggs, bacon, sausages ( 1st day of our stay we had pork sausages which were lovely but on our second day we had the Spanish red sausages which look like like hit dogs which weren’t to our taste but there was plenty of other stuff so no problems!), beans (but don’t expect Heinz beans in thick sauce - the tomato sauce was quite watery and runny but this is not unusual we have found in other hotels we have

The hotel was great .. i was all inclusive .. in a double room .. the food was really nice .. good selection for breakfast lunch and dinner .. could be a bit more fruit .. entertainment wasnt as good as last time but it is understandable as not so many guests The staff were brilliant , very helpful and friendly , the entertainment team were excellent ! The room was very spacious , clean and warm , kettle supplied with selection of tea and coffee , uk tv and nice balcony . The price was good for 2 people but i was on my own and did not get a discount .. it would have been brilliant if there was a single person discount

Great little hotel right on the beach front next to shopping street. Great views from the balcony overlooking the sea and palm trees. Was a great place to stay and good value. Had breakfast at cafes nearby as I prefer that than in the dining room indoors (doesn’t have outdoor seating) especially as it’s all so close or just sitting with my own food on the lovely sunny balcony.

Fui a pasar los cumpleaños con mi mejor amiga y nos encanto el hotel con unas vista geniales, la limpieza de 10, el personal muy amable, el bufé espectacular súper bien organizado, limpio y nos ofrecía de todo, la piscina me encanto, y una terraza maravillosa☺️ volveremos

This is the only only hotel where couldn't even make a breakfast with the choice of food same in evening ! Pics show mould on cakes and bland choice . Nothing matched . Pasta but no sauce , we had to eat out breakfast and dinner which defeats paying half board . Drinks with eve meal only could pay for wine bottles . All very limited. If you hire a car you can. Park In hotel underground for 12€ a day wow ! Yet can park along road free 8pm-8am ! Supermarket along the road and town 10mins but hotel a disappointment. Hotel had rota of entertainment so sat waiting til 10pm & it didn't happen . Loads of Spanish guests making their own entertainment so we spent very limited time in hotel . Bar staff and reception friendly enough.

De primera cara el personal es muy amable, están a tu disposición y realmente son rápidos. Tiene buenas instalaciones aunque un poco extraño la manera en la que están repartidos. Ahora, para la relación calidad-precio y ser un hotel 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear, las habitaciones no las limpian bien, y no es que dejamos la habitación sucia, pero a primera vista se nota que no lo han limpiado sobretodo el baño. Los huéspedes pasaban corriendo y gritando por los pasillos dificultando tomar siesta o dormir directamente. La ubicación está bien, cerca de levante. De haber sido impecable sería unas 4 estrellas pero para mi no vale la pena.

I checked in today for a room prebooked for several months , with the specific request for a room with a balcony, I stated quite clearly on the corresponding emails when booking , my room MUST (in big letters ) have a balcony, even at extra cost and was assured this would be the case . On checking in I was given room 103 on the first floor, which was little short of a dingy prison cell , there wasn’t even a Window with natural light. I returned to reception and showed her the confirmation email and the lady said they were full and there were no rooms with a Balcony left , despite my previous emails to this hotel. To cut a long story short, it wasn’t her fault and in fairness she did the best she could and refunded me in full. So, I checked in to another hotel complete with a nice balcony. Be warned, although this hotel appears to be a nice rustic Spanish hotel ( which drew me to book it in the first place ) you may end up in a cell rather than a nice room or without a balcony. Very disappointing.
