Gorgeous property! Amazing staff! 5/5

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue totalmente pésima y decepcionante, a tal grado de que compre 2 noches y me tuve que ir del hotel después de la primera noche y con la segunda noche pagada. El trato de los meseros y personal totalmente malo y grosero como si estuvieras en un todo incluido, la comida de muy baja calidad (como un todo incluido) muy lejos del precio que se cobra. Una fuga de agua en el cuarto, una puerta caída en el cuarto de acceso al baño que reporte y nunca fueron a repararla, también pedi que hagan limpieza y nunca llegaron a hacer la limpieza del cuarto, el agua de los yakuzzis sucia, y de encima cuando me retire antes de la segunda noche, la persona del check out, ni si quiera me pregunto la razón por la cual yo me estaba retirando del hotel con la segunda noche pagada, verdaderamente lamentable mi experiencia en el Waldorf Astoria de Cancun. Cero recomiendo pagar por este hotel, me siento estafado

남편 생일 겸 크리스마스 휴일 기념으로 이곳을 방문하였고 남편을 위한 축하메세지나 생일 축하 같은 이벤트를 미리 요청하였습니다. 그러나 방에 들어 갔을때 누군지 모르는 이름과 결혼축하메세지가 놓여 있었어요. 우리는 트***여행사를 통해 조식포함 상품을 결제했었는데 이튿날, 조식을 먹으로 갔을때 우리는 조식여부가 호텔 측에서 확인되지 않아 첫날 조식당에서 1시간을 기다려야만 했습니다. 그리고 조식이 포함 되었어도 늘 팁으로 40불 되는 돈을 지불해야만 합니다. 바다억세스되는 넓은 선베드 또한 추가 비용을 내야 이용이 가능합니다. 나름 힐튼 최상위 브랜드임에도 제공되는 서비스는 추가 비용을 요구하거나 가격대비 미치지 못한다고 생각합니다. 위치 또한 힐튼호텔과 나란히 고립되어 있어서 오직 이곳 식당을 이용해야 하거나 150달러 정도의 왕복 택시를 이용해야 합니다. 그래도 룸 컨디션 및 클리닝 상태, 식당의 퀄리티는 키즈메뉴조차 아주 훌륭했습니다. 다시 칸쿤을 가게 되거나 지인이 간다고 한다면,, 저는 올인클루시브가 되는 호텔을 가라로 추천하고 싶습니다.

고급스럽고 프라이빗한 호텔입니다. 조용히 호캉스를 즐기고 쉬고 싶은 분들께 강력 추천합니다. 대리석 바닥부터 오브제 하나하나 신경을 많이 쓴 느낌이 물씬 납니다. 하지만 아시다시피.... 호텔 내 식음료는 상당히 비싼 수준입니다. 그러나 무료 액티비티의 퀄리티가 바로 옆의 힐튼 대비 훨씬 훌륭해서 액티비티 적극 활용하실 것을 권장합니다. 특히 아침 7시 일출을 보면서 야외에서 했던 요가는 최고의 기억으로 남아있습니다! 플러스 스파 시설과 마사지도 최고 퀄리티이니 꼭 받아보시기를 권합니다. 스파 이용객들만 쓸 수 있는 공간과 풀이 따로 있는데 정말 아름답습니다....

酒店很新，去年才剛開業，客人也不是很多，正好符合我們喜歡安靜的需求。地理位置也不是在傳統的酒店區，在酒店區的南面一點，相對更私密更安靜一些，不過離機場不遠。酒店每個角落都透露着質感，房間很寬敞，裝修比較現代風格，看起來非常舒適。浴室空間寬敞，陽台上還帶有一個tub。沙灘還好，不算最白最細膩的那種。酒店的餐廳都挺好吃😋海鮮新鮮，brunch也可口。

Beahtiful hotel. Awesome services. Everyone is outstanding at what they do. Lucy, the front desk, the chaya team and the malpeque team. Guadalupe our housekeeper really did an awesome job taking care of the room. Lucy was our personal conceirge during our honeymoon and she made sure our stay was outstanding and cared for the small details. The snorkeling activity is awesome, we had a great time. Overall great trip and looking forward to coming back

Perfect vacation hotel in Cancun. Stayed 4nights through Christmas season and it was great. Especially the service from employees were awesome. special thanks to Antonio from bell team who always smiles and ask for anything I need. Even brought an extra fridge for my baby's food. Will visit again for sure.

A gorgeous property! We were upgraded to a room on the first floor with a private pool which was fantastic, but all rooms with the plunge pool off of the shower are wonderful. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of closet space for the 3 of us and the Nespresso in the room made our morning coffee on the terrace very easy. We dined at 2 of the restaurants and both had excellent food and service. Chaya which also serves breakfast offered many options. As other reviews noted, the staff really made our stay. From the bellman to the restaurant staff and pool concierge, we could not have asked for better attention. The pool concierge Jesus Roque was amazing - he was attentive, personable and there any time we needed something. He was even there adjusting the umbrellas before we even asked. He is an absolute asset to the hotel. Also, Dimitri in the restaurants. We took 2 classes - tequila tasting and the Margherita making, and both were a ton of fun. The bar staff was very knowledgeable and fun to spend time with! We will definitely be returning!

We stayed in WA Cancun for couple of nights, where our experience was just amazing. From the very beginning when you enter the hotel until the last moment of leaving everyone was friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Bellman Alejandro, who always filled our car with cold water before leaving hotel

This was our second time staying at this lovely hotel. Our second experience was as good as the first. We felt special from the moment we pulled up, through check in, every meal, spa visit and lounging by the pool. We ate every meal outside. Breakfast was super special. Service was impeccable, food was excellent, and the grounds were well maintained. There is nothing we would change. Lovely place certainly worth the 5 stars.

Absolutely gorgeous. Perfection. Javier and Alex made our trip so joyful! The kindest souls always offering a warm smile and remembered our names the entire trip. The rooms were immaculate, the pool was serene, and every staff member was perfection!

Staff and amenities were exceptional. This is the best property I’ve had the pleasure of staying at, without question. We didn’t leave the report for this part of the trip and were never wanting for things to do or new foods to try. In fact, there was so much to do here that we cancelled reservations offsite. Of note - the beaches were very well maintained. Seaweed is not an issue here like it is at most other places in the area.

We had an amazing time at the WA Cancun. I will readily admit that things are expensive. I'd pay for this kind of service anywhere in the world. Hugo in guest services, Wendy at the lobby bar, and many others went above and beyond. One of the highlights was how much fun our 7 and 10 year old daughters had with the kids activities. Ali and Jennifer were amazing. Our girls never wanted to miss an activity. I can't wait to go back.

I’m not sure there’s enough space to list everything I loved about this resort, but I’m going to try. If you take away anything from this review, please know that this Waldorf is literally Heaven on Earth. Before we even got there, the concierge was on it! Our emails back and forth made the transition from the airport to the hotel absolutely seamless. Just get the private transport, it was totally worth it to and from the resort. Once we arrived for our 6 night anniversary stay, the man, the myth, the legend, REUBEN greeted us and checked us in. Then he gave us a tour of the resort and escorted us to our ONE BEDROOM SUITE upgrade (that I’m still screaming about, because it was just that awesome and I felt like Cinderella). It honestly made our trip. And when our departing flight was delayed, Reuben and another awesome concierge team member helped push our car back an hour so we could sit on our balcony and cry that our trip was ending. Now, more about this amazing staff. They made our vacation so memorable, from all the servers at Malpeque, Chaya, and Ja’o to the pool bar bartenders (that were probably the best people this side of Heaven) and everyone in between- housekeeping, maintenance, front desk staff, bell hops, literally EVERYONE made a difference, and I’m sad I can’t remember everyone’s name. Huge shoutout to Luis and Pepe at the pool- they were nothing short of amazing. I have no idea if this is a prerequisite for employment here, but every single employee was gorgeous- women, men, simply stunning (my old lady jaw dropped a few times)! And finally, this was the 4th Waldorf we’ve been to (DC, Orlando, NOLA) and this staff was far and away the best staff we have ever encountered. So thank you all for the best vacation I have ever had!
