Hotel ini memberi *****ran daripada Forbes sebagai salah satu hartanah terbaik di dunia sejak 6 tahun, saya katakan bersetuju dengan anugerah Forbes. Hartanah hotel yang menakjubkan, sangat terperinci, hampir semua hartanah di dalam bilik saya menakjubkan, terdapat pokok Krismas di dalam bilik saya, wain percuma, set katil berkualiti tinggi, perabot moden , gelas wain, kutleri semuanya berkualiti tinggi, juga hartanah dari syarikat putih. Kakitangan hotel sangat membantu, ketika anak saya sakit, kakitangan hotel membantu mencari doktor, menemani kami ke doktor, menghargai untuk ini. Lokasi yang sempurna di dalam pusat membeli-belah, bersebelahan dengan pusat membeli-belah dan taman tema. kebersihan bilik: sempurna. Sarapan pagi : bukan sarapan bufet. makanan tidak pelbagai, sedikit protein. Pasti saya akan kembali tinggal di sana lagi jika saya datang lagi 🫶🏻

The property Is still under construction. Hanging gondola at the external building ard still in operating. Hotel no doubt are new, just a few Unit is open for occupancy in the whole entire building. There was a smell, seems like dampness smell from the sink. It covered up the entire room. Some power socket was not in functioning. Only one is working in the pantry area. Keep up

Overall is good. One thing can be improved is the Deposit process, it's a bit troublesome why they collected Rm200 deposit on the spot but didn't return on the spot when returning. Have to wait for few day .... so, i haven't got my refund as yet.

The checkin and checkout process was well structured and fast. The 2 bedroom apartment that I stayed was clean and comfortable. Owner/management had all cooking utensils and hotpot ready for steamboat. I was on the 23rd floor hence view was superb. I will come back again as it is the best alternative location other than genting accomodations itself during peak season as you can avoid the jam and hustle staying in mid mountain location.

Dengan harga yang dibayar, bilik ini boleh diterima tetapi laluan ke bilik ini sangat kompleks dengan begitu banyak menara di sekeliling dan lif sedang diservis, ia adalah mez bagi saya!!
