hotel tanpa lif@elevator. bilik keluarga yang kami tempah pula di tingkat atas. susunan yang agak kurang baik di situ. secara keseluruhan, hotel yg baik, selesa. pintu utama hotel agak dekat dengan simpang, sedikit sukar untuk ke hotel dari arah stesen bas, tetapi mudah jika dari arah masjid.

Hotel bajet yang sangat bagus. Lokasi dari segi sangat strategik dan mempunyai banyak kedai dan restoran. Kakitangan membantu dan tidak keberatan mendaftar masuk lewat pada pukul 2 pagi (dipanggil terlebih dahulu). Ruang parkir awam tetapi selamat kerana terdapat banyak kereta lain 2. Terletak bersebelahan dengan hotel lain jadi berasa selamat untuk meletak kereta kerana terdapat banyak kereta yang diletakkan di sana

The hotel is centrally located with all amenities nearby. The receptionist who attended to us was friendly and helpful with information. There are also many food outlets nearby the hotel.

You are allowed 2 pets, they're strictly not allowed on bed and in pool but can be with you in the room. Also pls be responsible owners and pick up their poo. Meet the local guard dogs (7-8 of them) and their young puppies. This place is very quickly fully booked so best to book 2-3 months in advanced.

Good customer service from TRIP. Was booked wrong date but managed to change to the date I need. Room is clean and quiet, because no windows, but I don’t mind as I need a good sleep with quiet environment.
