This was the most spacious hotel during our 9-day trip through Kitakyushu, Japan. It's a 7-8 minute walk from Beppu Station and offers excellent value for money.

Checking in was a bit of a hassle, but the room was spacious and had a washing machine and dishes, so it was great for a party. However, I felt that the cooking utensils and under the bed were a little dirty! But the price was cheap and I think I was able to stay comfortably.

A group of five of us booked a room with three double beds. The room is very large, but it would be better if the light was brighter. The 100% curtain is a little difficult to operate. The sofa feels not very clean. The mattress is soft and not very easy to sleep on. Overall It's okay, but they gave me a room on the 2nd floor. It's a bit difficult to carry luggage. There is already a convenience store within a few minutes which is very convenient.

Self-driving tour, there is a parking space at the door, first come, first served, if there is no space to park in front of Beppu Station, the maximum fee is 500 yen per night. However, if you book a hotel through trip.com, it is recommended to contact trip.com to obtain the gate password and check-in number before departure. On the day of check-in, we did not receive an email to inform the password, so we had to wait at the gate and call the hotel staff at a cost to enter the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience except that the gate password was not obtained during check-in.
