Ulasan Kannawaen

I recently stayed at Kannawaen Sanso Ryokan, and it was a truly remarkable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm hospitality made me feel welcomed and relaxed. The ryokan is set in a beautiful, serene location, surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful retreat from daily life. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated in traditional Japanese style, blending modern comforts with authentic charm. The private onsen attached to my room was a highlight, allowing me to unwind in soothing hot springs while taking in the picturesque views. What truly sets Kannawaen apart is the attention to detail and personalized service. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect, making me feel truly cared for throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a luxurious, tranquil getaway with impeccable service and a true Japanese experience, I highly recommend Kannawaen Sanso Ryokan. It’s a place we would love to visit again. The room with the onsen was convenient and offered a great experience. It was spacious enough for three adults with large suitcases, and the futon was very comfortable. Dinner was excellent as well. A wonderful place to stay! The staff was amazing, reaching out a week before our check-in to ask about our group and dinner preferences. We were so happy with our stay. Thank you, Sanso Kannawaen, for taking such great care of us!

We booked the Sora western room type, which was described as having two double beds and three futon beds. However, upon arrival, I didn't see any futon beds in the room nor were they offered. In terms of service, I expected a better introduction to the rooms given the price I am paying. We received a very simple introduction to the common area, but didn't get a room tour showing where things are located, which Yukata to wear indoors and outdoors, etc. I've paid a similar price for another onsen hotel where we received a much better reception upon arrival. We did ask for breakfast in the room for more privacy, and while we were able to do that for half the price at other hotels in Fukuoka, the staff didn't seem to understand when we asked about it. Overall, the amenities and room are really good, but service-wise, it's hit or miss.

Booked the room with private onsen, really a great experience! The tepenyaki dinner is really great. Staff is very helpful! But beware of the mosquitoes from the outdoors.

Beautiful place to stay when you plan to spend some days in the hot spring capital….go for a room with indoor bath, so you can enjoy the healthy hot spring water whenever you like in the privacy of your room. We had teppanyaki for dinner twice, excellent food accompanied by an extensive wine list. Service is great, all staff very helpful and kind.

일본 여행중에 먹어본 최고의 식사 특히 랍스타가 들어간 농후한 미소시루는 감탄스러웠어요 카이세키 코스 요리는 저희가 먹는 속도에 맞춰서 나온 점도 너무 만족스러웠어요 서비스 면으로는 최고입니다 객실도 만족스러웠고 항상 흐르는 온천수로 채워진 욕조가 딸려있었으며 노천탕이 아님에도 욕실과 발코니가 연결되어있어서 유리로 된 파티션을 접으니 반노천탕처럼 별을 보고 시원한 바람을 느낄 수 있었어요 탑플로어에 있는 대욕장에서 바라본 원천과 굴뚝에서 나오는 온천 연기와 도시의 불빛들로 장식된 벳푸 야경은 아름다웠습니다 일본에 一期一会 인생 한번뿐인 인연이라는 말이 있다는데 지금껏 다녀온 숙소들은 그럴지 몰라도 이 숙소는 칸나와엔의 식당 이름 무스비처럼 다음에도 찾고 싶고 다시 올 것 같습니다

너무 행복했어요. 직원들은 다 친절하고 한국어 가능한 직원도 있어요. 개별온천이라 눈떠서부터 잠들기전까지 수시로 들어갔어요. 예약했던 석식도 너무 맛있었어요.

一晚4900的別墅房，卧室窗户正對人來人往的公共道路！預訂時看介紹是亞洲最佳100温泉酒店，也不知道是怎麼評出來的。入住當天先是和酒店的中文服務員（女士）要求換房，給了間2樓的低級套房而且態度惡劣。我們沒同意，然後又花了3小時找攜程溝通要求換其他同等或高一級的別墅房，攜程客服回覆説沒房間了，但是我們明明看到酒店裡有空的此類房間。最後給了85折了事。再次證明攜程客户拿不到好房間！第二第三天房間周圍都有施工沖擊鑽，投訴後停了一會又吵！退房時要求安排下午2點送站，很近的，回覆説11點後都不送，司機下班了。作為別府最貴酒店之一，神和苑的服務真是差到無語。後面2天處理的都是姓張的中文員工，態度很好，但是結果都不滿意。早晚餐也比同檔温泉酒店差許多，尤其是鐵板燒更差。希望攜程業務部門能儘快把這種爛酒店從排行榜除名，別再坑中國遊客。入住時發現中國遊客挺多的，應該都是被所謂的華人服務忽悠來的。以後看見這個標簽就一定要避讓。用Google翻譯溝通根本沒問題，服務好才是關鍵。

1박만 한게 너무 아쉬웠습니다 온천물이 끝내줬어요 개별 온천이 있어서 대욕장 이용해야하나 생각했는데 딸램이 그래도 여기까지 왔으니 가봐야 후회하지 않을거라해서 대욕장을 갔는데. 우와~ 뷰가 장관이였어요 안갔으면 후회할뻔 ㅋ 잊지못할 가족여행이였습니다 모친 팔순 기념 여행이였는데 후회없이 모두 만족했던 여행과 숙박이였어요

酒店蠻大的，看的出是個老牌温泉酒店。住的宙館，在山上可以俯瞰別府，房間也很大，有室內泡池，公共温泉一般，一個室內池，一個室外池，主要是景色一般。晚餐含的鐵板燒，還行吧。早餐挺豐富的。可免費接送至jr站。
