Overall, it's great value for money. What I liked: - Relatively close to the train station - Breakfast is included in the price - Daily cleaning What can be improved: - There are ants. I woke up to my take out food being infested by ants. - No iron / ironing board. - WiFi connection blocks access to sites like the website of Bergamo cathedral (reason: religious), but their own WiFi's landing page is a YouTube channel with videos from Katie Gallego (new age? What was this?). Her books is also provided for guests' reading pleasure. (?????)

The room was big and comfortable. Location is near to the train station: getting to the city center took around10-15 minutes by foot. The breakfast was amazing. Staff were friendly too. Recommend for a trip to Bergamo.

It was a nice hotel but i didn't like the neighborhood and the lack of comodities like a kettle. Although the included breakfast is really good and has a wide variety of food

Excellent hotel with clean and big rooms. Location is also very close to the Train Station and if you are travelling from Milano just take the z301-bus and it will stop 1 min walk away from the hotel. Breakfast was also good, but quite simple.

Clean and a bit dated. Good breakfast. A little far from the main tourist area, with no shops or restaurants nearby.

The staff are accommodating and helpful . The hotel is authentic Italian style and comfortable room .

Convenient as close to the train station. Rooms on street side but soundproofing was excellent. Good breakfast and reasonable prices.

Citta dei Mille is a hotel I stay in regularly; it's a place I like. No complaints there.

A hotel full of history. The lobby and breakfast area is well decorated. Around 10/15 mins walk to train station, which is convenient.

The breakfast is very rich/varied.
