Ulasan Magic Hotel Xhibition

The self-service check-in system at this hotel is absolutely infuriating! You’re forced to download a specific app to check-in, but when I logged in with my iPhone, I couldn’t unlock the room! Luckily, I had an Android phone, which barely worked. Then, not long after, the app logged me out and wouldn’t let me back in with the original password! I contacted customer service, and they told me to walk 5 minutes to the service desk to get a physical key card—already frustrating enough—but when I asked what was wrong with the app, they just said, "I don't know." I ended up wasting over two hours of my time! This kind of service is completely unacceptable! 這間飯店的無人櫃檯系統簡直讓人崩潰！入住必須下載一個指定的App，但我用iPhone登入後，居然無法解鎖房間！幸好我隨身帶了另一台安卓手機，才勉強解鎖。然而沒多久App自動把我登出，原本的密碼還不能再登入！聯繫客服後，他們居然叫我走5分鐘到服務處去拿實體卡片，這已經夠讓人生氣了，但當我問他們App到底出了什麼問題時，他們竟然只回了句“I don't know”。就這樣浪費了我兩個多小時！這種服務態度真的令人無法接受

There was a big problem chevking in due to checking in by code on app, got app working and headed to the room, but app refused to unlock door, called support and had to run a few minutes to another hotel to get a physical key. Then at just before midnight the firealarm went off and we got out of bed and ran downstairs and to the street outside, stood there for approx. 1 hour with our 7 year old son among drunk people from the nightclub in hotel, there was bars up and down along the street with drunk people walking and shouting and our kid was freezing and afraid. There was a couple of security guys and 1 rep. from hotel outside, but was not told anything when approaching them and nobody got any information from them. So very bad experience from this stay and cannot recommend to others.

So bad a experience like this! I would say I would never go to the hotel again! And won’t recommend it to anybody! Because firstly when we went into the room, there is a worm ion the table… I, along with my roommate, am so concerned about the hygiene there.

Check in app didn’t work, staff failed to help. Had to book another hotelroom at own cost. I also met a BIG RAT on my way out of the hotel. Trip.com and the hotel both refused to refund the booking.

Great location esp to light rail, bybanen to airport 150m away from hotel. Central to everything incl Bryggen. Rooms are small, dusty, noisy ! The hotel operates a club 2 floors above rooms and I guess they expect to sell rooms to drunken revelers who dont mind noisy music till 2 am in the morning - I do mind. Its been terrible as I have a morning flight and getting sleep was impossible.

Very nice hotel in the centrum of Bergen! I had some difficulties to actually find it. There were some stains in the carpet. The room was comfortable.

The hotel was located right in the center of Bergen. Although there was reception staff we had to pick up the hotel key in a box another time (went well but was a bit strange I think). In the hallway itself there was a slightly strange smell. But the room itself was perfectly fine. There is a lot to do in the center of Bergen if you want it. Lots of dining areas / bars etc. We did not get breakfast there due to. we woke up today (May 17), which in Norway is considered a Sunday. Then they did not have breakfast there. So we had to take another place. What was minus it was that they did NOT have luggage storage there. So there the hotel has something they need to fix right away.

Location is just great. I really liked my hotel room, it had a pretty nice view to a city center. It was very spacious. I stayed there in the middle of February, the only bad thing I could say about the room is that it was too cold for me. But the bed was very warm, so at least I wasn't cold during the nights. Also, the hotel is located literally in the shopping center. I arrived after hours and had some difficulties to find the rooms, since the building has different entrances, I got lost a bit but I just kept reading the signs everywhere and luckily found it.

Excellent location easy check in definitely recommended.

酒店樓下是購物中心，附近亦有很多商店，方便購物。 酒店鄰近魚市場，便利旅遊。 酒店check in 是採取自助式，需要先安裝app才能打開房間門口。 房間內空間充足，但部份設施不實用。

酒店地段很好，也就僅此一個優點了。自助入住很不方便，兩個手機蘋果和安卓都開不開房門然後打了酒店電話給了房卡。這就算了，更誇張的是酒店樓上是個club，晚上不想睡覺的歡迎訂這個酒店。

設施：齊全，該有的都有 衞生：每天會打掃衞生，毛巾床品就比較乾淨 環境：市中心，晚上臨街有一些聲音可以接受。 還遇到了火警，全部人都下樓了，但沒有酒店人員解釋原因，沒有工作人員 服務：沒有前台，需要自助入住或者去200米外的連鎖酒店前台拿，比較不方便。半夜入住可能會麻煩
