PERFECT. The hotel is central, behind the fish market, next to the old port, right in the market area. They gave us a free upgrade and provided us with the sea view room. If I had known what kind of view that room had, I would have chosen it from the start because at night, there is no better view of the old port than from that room. The room was modern and spacious, as was the bathroom. Regarding breakfast, you won't miss anything; on the contrary, there were many delicious options. The staff were extremely polite, always smiling, and ready to answer all our questions. I couldn't have lunch at their restaurant because they were closed, but I will do so when I visit the city again. My experience was excellent. I urge you to book rooms with a sea view.

This hotel offers relatively spacious rooms for Norway, with excellent transport links and within walking distance of many attractions. The breakfast is also plentiful and delicious, especially the small cakes! It's not far from the tram station either. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, right by the fish market. The room was clean and a good size, and for a Nordic country, the price was very reasonable. We were given a room on the 4th floor with a large window overlooking Bergen's harbor. The harbor view was stunning both day and night (absolutely fantastic!).

Honestly, it's an incredibly accommodating hotel. Both times I've stayed, I was upgraded to a suite – a two-bedroom suite one time, and surprisingly, a three-bedroom suite the next! Plus, the views are unbeatable; truly a room with a view! The location is super central, close to everything.

The room was quite spacious, ideal for family trips. The design showed some thoughtful touches, and it appeared to have been recently renovated, with the sofa bed already made up. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 20 meters from the fish market and the pier, which is incredibly convenient. However, the bathroom design proved to be very impractical in use. After showering, the entire bathroom floor would flood, leaving my slippers floating, and the sink also drained very poorly.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the city center. It's surrounded by a mature commercial district with plenty of amenities. However, the hotel does not have its own parking lot; the closest one is approximately a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right next to a Nio car dealership and just outside the fish market. Bryggen is only a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. We even had a direct view of the landmark Bryggen from our room window. Parking is available in a large lot just a couple of blocks away, offering plenty of spaces, including many for electric vehicle charging. I'd recommend using the EasyPark app, which allows you to set and adjust your parking duration conveniently from anywhere. Our room size was decent, though the amenities were quite basic. I also noticed a higher proportion of female staff. On our check-in day, a weekend, we found the sliding window in our room wouldn't close. The lovely lady at the front desk explained that maintenance staff were off on weekends but kindly offered to try and fix it. She couldn't, but fortunately, I managed to tinker with it and get it working myself. Breakfast was relatively generous. They were quite punctual about clearing everything away at closing time – perhaps a bit eager to finish their shift. We had booked for two nights. However, on our first night, we were on a road trip and unfortunately missed the last ferry due to misjudging our time. The hotel refused to refund the cost of the first night, so we ended up checking in only on the second morning. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in the room, but remember to bring your own slippers and toothpaste. The shower enclosure is quite simple, so be mindful when showering (as water might splash out).

The room was spacious and clean, and if only there were a pot in the room. Breakfast was delicious. It is located within a 5-minute walk of the light rail's last stop.

Overall a good hotel that I’ll recommend. Breakfast variety isn’t wide but hearty enough. Getting from the lift to the room was like a maze 😄

Good location. Great breakfast with a good view. Room a bit small ( we booked standard double) but there are bigger rooms to choose. Friendly staff.

The front desk staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was also quite nice. The location is absolutely perfect – right on a shopping street, and just a short stroll to the port. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, very close to the pier, seafood market, shopping malls, and many other must-visit spots. It's convenient for shopping and dining, a great choice.
