Ulasan Clarion Hotel Bergen

Hotel is located in an excellent location, within a few minutes walking distance to the Byggen, the tourist info center. The Floibanen station with the tram train up to the Floyen view point is just 100 meters behind the hotel. The airport bus also stop near to the hotel. It is a bit far from the train station. There are many restaurants around the area and near to the Square. Room is quite large. Was allocated a roon with great view of the hills behind. Service was also very prompt and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Overall the hotel is good. But, the liquid soap & shampoo bottles are choked until we're struggling to get the "juices" out. We like the self-service coffee/tea/chocolate, though.

No phone to contact the reception. Bad smell in the bathroom. Long waiting time to check in because no one was there. breakfast was decent though.

The hotel one is near the harbour and another one is about at city centre. However the hotel photo for both hotel is all the same.I ask for a shower cap at the reception but unfortunately out of stock. Room is huge for us family of 4. Overall pleasant stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clarion Hotel Bergen. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The hotel staff were very helpful and obliging and efficient with check-in and local information. We thoroughly enjoyed our buffet breakfast and again the staff were great. We would be more than happy to stay again.

酒店就在布呂根港口彩色房子那條街，樓下都是紀念品商店很熱鬧，房間設施就一般但是面積足夠，我們的房間可以看到港口😊超喜歡這裏的早餐，超多品種的麪包還有其他，水果品質也可以，另外一樓大廳休息空間的咖啡機的咖啡和熱巧克力，都很好喝😝

酒店位於布呂根老城港口邊，步行可至大部分景點。有地下停車場，但需300NOR/晚。早餐豐盛，酒店裝修很有特色。房間面積大，衞生乾淨，是不錯選擇

給了高層的房間，風景很好，看到魚市場和遊艇，床褥舒適，最舒服的是枕頭，行李太多，不然可以買一個帶走。洗漱間有地暖。早餐很豐富，也很健康，堅果多麥麪包有很多種，早餐麥片也有很多種添加選擇，還給我小孩免了早餐費用

酒店本身還不錯，位置、早餐、房間都挺好，但是入住和退房都耽誤了我不少時間。兩點左右到了酒店，前台説還沒打掃好，我就放下行李説我三點以後回來；結果吃完飯四點多回來竟然還沒打掃好，又等了十五分鐘至少；退房時也是前台不知道忙什麼去了，n個人排隊等着，又是十幾二十分鐘。

房間很大，很乾凈。位置也很好。去哪兒都是走路就到了。 但是服務太差了。我第一次給酒店打差評的服務，住了這麼多次酒店，這次最最差。尤其是叫kaja的金髮女孩，對我們愛答不理的，家庭房定早餐的時候，2大2小，攜程標的是小孩早餐去前台付。這個女孩問了我無數次你就定了兩個人，我説對，家庭房兩個大人兩個小孩。就感覺因為沒有登記兩個孩子不能入住了一樣。自己去問了經理和我説要再付一下孩子早餐。態度非常差。 然後我們詢問她酒店有沒有去機場的接駁車，特別敷衍的説，酒店沒有，機場提供。我問她怎麼定，就説在酒店後面就上車，在網上自己查，連在哪個網查也不説。這服務糟糕透頂。 服務：差！歧視不歧視不好説，反正對我們愛答不理的態度，真是受不了！

老牌酒店，有點上海北京飯店的味道，自助早餐也不錯，房間比較大 位置很好，出門就是中心區域，附近有很多著名建築

酒店早餐很好吃，房間不大，這次入住遇上了房間的吹風機壞了，但是服務人員態度還是很好的，等我們再回房間時已經換了一個。酒店距離上山的纜車站很近。
