Ulasan Clarion Hotel Bergen

Hotel is located in an excellent location, within a few minutes walking distance to the Byggen, the tourist info center. The Floibanen station with the tram train up to the Floyen view point is just 100 meters behind the hotel. The airport bus also stop near to the hotel. It is a bit far from the train station. There are many restaurants around the area and near to the Square. Room is quite large. Was allocated a roon with great view of the hills behind. Service was also very prompt and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

We had a family room which was very good and very comfortable. The hotel's location is absolutely ideal, cannot fault it, and the breakfast is really amazing! Great stay for a great price too!

Great location!

Generally our stay was quite fine. The staff were delightful and the location excellent. A few little things though: The bathroom door wouldnt close and despite mentioning this it wasnt attended to while we where there. The design of the bathroom is strange as any sort of shower with water pressure sprays water all over the floor. We had multiple towels down on the floor at all times to catch the water and not to slip. The lighting was, shall we say , ‘atmospheric’ because half the room only had 1 floor lamp to see with which was a pain when trying to pack and sort clothes of similar colours etc. We could hear other people in other rooms and the outside hallway music could be heard in our room. It might have just been our location on the 3rd floor. These are small things which would not prevent us staying again but fixing them would have made for a much improved experience. The breakfasts were great

The hotel one is near the harbour and another one is about at city centre. However the hotel photo for both hotel is all the same.I ask for a shower cap at the reception but unfortunately out of stock. Room is huge for us family of 4. Overall pleasant stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, but unfortunately, there where issues with the draining system ultimately overflowing the bathtub. Not a pleasant experience.

We liked the convenient location to the main restaurants and shopping areas in Bergen.

We liked everything but would have liked the fabulous breakfast items that should be hot, be hot, not room temperature.

Good, hotel, rooms area a bit dated but very clean.
