I love the hotel We came as a group of friends first we had lunch then move to the beach and play football with the animator lahcen the evening show was perfect we witnessed morrocan team performing the brazil dance and acrobatic and fire show The swimming pool was really clean /beautiful rooms /The food was tasty everything was 10/10 Lets not forget the other animation team members. Hôtel top service impeccable on a pris pension complète on est reçu comme des rois nourriture midi et soir à la carte très bien servis avec de la couleur du goût et très bien présenté 5 étoiles bravo chef les serveurs aussi vraiment au service des personnels du métier bravo car je suis du métier moi aussi je chef de cuisine, petit déjeuner manque un vrai café expresso si non toute est nickel les chambres spacieuses. Merci encore 5*****

Ik las wat slechte reviews over het eten van het hotel. Na vier dagen te hebben verbleven kan ik zeggen dat het hotel super gevarieerde eten verzorgde. De locatie is super met het privé strand en drie grote zwembaden. In de avond ook leuke entertainment. Jammer dat het strand geen bar heeft en je terug het hotel in moet voor drankjes. Verder werden onze kamers ook verzorgd. Goede locatie en dichtbij Marina Saidia waar leuke tentjes zijn.

it would be nice, like in so many other instances, to be able to provide a positive critique regarding iberostar saidia. truthfully, the ideal solution would be for the iberostar chain to sell this hotel, as it does not align with the standards i am accustomed to from this very chain. and it's not worth mentioning that this is a matter of culture or country. i regularly choose iberostar hotels multiple times throughout the year, and even just last year, my stay at the iberostar club palmeral in marrakech did not disappoint. unfortunately, with this particular hotel, there are countless reasons to criticize. i cannot award it a single star, because while the reception manages the work volume adequately, when it comes to the restaurant, there are endless lines and a very limited variety of food for a 5-star hotel. there are careless employees, poorly trained staff, lack of attention even in cleaning cutlery, not to mention table cleaning. at the bar, it got to the point where i had to request a new glass after leaving the used one, and even then, they simply rinsed it and returned it. there are countless shortcomings, and compared to other iberostar hotels, there appears to be a lack of supervision over a large part of the staff. the security personnel are rude and poorly trained in their interactions with guests. i cannot recommend, and i cannot endorse an iberostar hotel with such significant flaws. additionally, there is a capacity shortage in the outdoor areas for the number of hotel guests. there are insufficient sunbeds for anyone, and there is also a noticeable shortage in the all-inclusive drink service around the pools; only sweets are available for snacks. regarding the rooms, the bed linen and towels are stained and carry marks from previous use, and there is even an unpleasant sewer odor coming from the bathroom. while there are many more failings that could be enumerated, these are the essential ones for now. a hotel from 2007 that urgently needs remodeling, or to be sold to protect the iberostar brand. if remodeling is the path taken, it is imperative to hire effective management, as there are many instances where it is lacking
