Very central location. Some nice bars and restaurants within walking distance and of course very near the bus, tram stops and train station for onward travel. The hotel itself is so nice, our room was set out very well and was really clean. We loved the small kitchen area with everything available if you opted to cook for yourself. Perfect for preparing a light breakfast as the hotel do not supply this as an option. Loved the comfort of the room with the large bed, with soft fresh linen and comfortable pillows. The rainfall shower was blissful and really helped to cool down and relax after the long days spent enjoying Berlin and all the sights and sounds. Staff at the hotel were so nice, friendly , informative and at hand for any additional help that may be needed. The front desk is not available overnight but Lux has a sister hotel which can step in to assist if really needed. Loved the privacy option with this hotel, rooms are cleaned after the second day of your stay and it is up to you to decide if you need housekeeping services. Afterall when you're on holiday who needs to be waking up too early every morning, especially after long nights.

This B&B hotel is well-situated in Mitte, within an easy walk of shops (Alexa Mall), restaurants and transportation options. The room, though small, was well equipped and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Breakfasts were fresh and tasty though little variation from day to day. The only negative is that the hotel was also hosting multiple student groups who crowded the public areas, elevators and breakfast area and were often noisy and oblivious to their impact on other travellers. This was a daily annoyance during our 4 night stay.

If your on a holiday and need a cenral place close to public transport, but still a quiet night, it's a good place. If you're looking for a mid#town party area (sleepless nights) you're off mark here, but the price of the accom may be interesting still. if you're on business and need to get up early, you won't find sleep easily because the hotel attracts customers keen on running, shouting and being noisy in general. If you look for CoVid security, the hotel has nice rules but nobidy gives a damn and nothing is enforced. If you have a room at 6th floor, to avoid the stuffed lifts is an inconvenient choice. In general. The place is clean and well maintained, tyhe crew is helpfulp. The immidiate neighbourhood is quiet but boring. If the guest next door snores you've rotten luck, if he doen;t, it's a good night. Given the price, one could do worse.

This is a very affordable 2 star hotel and it certainly feels like it. They provide the bare minimum and not much more. Our stay was OK with some disappointments. The biggest problem was the bathroom. Bathroom floor was filthy and there was quite a large amount of visible black mold on the walls. Also the area was quite shady and we didn't feel safe walking around in the evening. Service was OK and the breakfast was fine compared to the price. Air conditioning worked well. Over all an average stay but we probably would not stay here again.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento ”More space” al sesto piano. L'appartamento è effettivamente spazioso e comodo. All'interno c'è un tavolo con quattro sedie, un bagnetto con wc e lavabo, un altro bagno con doccia, lavabo e ripiani per gli asciugamani e altro, una cucina con piano a induzione e lavastoviglie, un letto comodissimo dotato di due piumoni singoli, una grande poltrona e un pouf. L'ambiente è molto caldo. La pulizia è buona, ma badate che le pulizie durante il soggiorno sono a pagamento. Gli asciugamani invece vengono cambiati ogni 2-3 giorni. La cucina è fornita di sale, pepe, zucchero e pastiglie per la lavastoviglie. 👍🏻 La stazione della U-Bahn è raggiungibile attraversando la strada. Davvero comodissimo per spostarsi. Inoltre nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi, anche se non consiglio il panificio-pasticceria sull'altro lato della strada. Il supermercato (chiuso di domenica) è praticamente attaccato. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. Uniche piccole pecche il caldo eccessivo e i lavabi poco funzionali.

Stayed 3 nights. Good location to attractions, and transport.  Reception is, in bar area and there are no staff all computerised, doorbell to get into reception, then self service checkin. Good free WIFI. Bedroom was clean and  comfortable size with TV. 1 comfortable 2 single bed together clean. Bathroom is ensuite and very clean with toiletries. No coffee making facilities  in room. Charges for room service and need to request fresh towel. Breakfast is continental with cereal, buns, cheese and meats, juice and coffee.2 days of stay lift out of action and on 5th floor. Can leave bags for free at sister hotel 3mins walk. Would recommend and would stay again, especially  if visiting as only 1 minute walk up the road to train and plenty restaurants.

I'll start with a positive--Location and size of apartment. Honestly, that is where it sadly ended. This was the worst stay in our 3 week Germany trip. My main complaint was the lack of care and service from the staff and the inaccuracy/unclarity of the photos of the apt. We had an issue with the beds being separated, as our 2 big, unrelated men didn't want to sleep in a Queen together. Normally in Germany, these beds can be separated & they were shown on the web as such. Anyway, I did inquire about it and also asked instead for a cot. My request was met with a robotic and somewhat rude response, including that it couldn't be done that night (fine) and that we had to prepay, etc. There was no offer of any solution other than read the fine print. ”There are no guarantees on bed configuration” Over and over ”...this is not the policy” blah blah blah with 0 emotion or care. Oh, and they asked if we wanted a blanket to sleep on the 4 foot couch. OK. I received a sheet and when I asked for a pillow, I got a pillowcase. Whatever. Our travel partner ended up booking a separate place. They give you a 4 pg contract to sign all written in German. Sketchy. The beds werelow and somewhat uncomfortable, but we were tired and slept ok. The 1990 east german shower was awkward with shower curtain that sticks to your body & ran out of hot water after person #2. We didn't bother to complain, we knew it wouldn't matter. The washer (kinda the reason we booked this place) did not have instructions, there were no instructions on what to do with garbage or check out, other than be out by 10, or you're charged . We each received 1 bath & 1 hand towel for 3 days. It is customary in Germany, but we did need more and didn't even bother to ask, I didn't even want to see the woman! The Hallways were filthy! The apt, however, was clean. When we left the guy who was somewhat considerate asked us how everything was...I said ”liveable.” Then he asked if there were any lightbulbs out.
