The staff are nice and friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. I would gladly recommend and happily come back again.

“The location and the rooms of the hotel were very nice, but the service was at a low motel level. The service was very poor for this price. There is no refrigerator in the rooms and no room service. We booked a stay with breakfast included, but at the entrance to the breakfast room, payment is collected via a card reader for those not having breakfast, causing unnecessary delays. The hotel staff cannot answer questions other than yes or no. The staff seems either very inexperienced or very unhappy. There is a silly robot working as room service. We placed an order at midnight, and the robot woke us up at 4 in the morning to confirm the order. POOR EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE. Feel like you stay in dormitory

Excellent location to explore Berlin on foot!

I went to Germany on a business trip and booked this hotel. It exceeded my expectations. The hotel has an elegant environment, good service, and a good breakfast. There is a church across the street, and the surrounding area is the most prosperous and beautiful area in Berlin.

Room very small but clean, unfortunately no water in the room, no minibar.

The hotel is located very centrally and is quite comfortable. However, I am very disappointed with the service attitude of the Receptionist. It seemed like he discriminated against Asians for not being friendly towards us. However, the housekeeping staff and other staff are friendly.

From the warm welcome to the size of the comfort room with the separate beds and the wonderful view of the Friedrichwerder Church, EVERYTHING was just right. The hotel is very well connected to the Friedrichstr. station, the Ostbahnhof and, most importantly, the main station by bus 147. The main station can also be easily reached with the U5 from the Museumsinsel station. Our destination was the Museum Island, which is within walking distance. The breakfast buffet included the welcome smoothie, the selection of bread/rolls and the “egg station”, i.e. Omelette upon request very good and varied. Since ARCOTEL is an Austrian chain, the coffee and juices come from Meindl or Rauch. The quality is there. In our opinion, the house is fully recommended. If it hadn't been for the incident with my double booking of a no-cancellation rate, which the hotel refused with no goodwill (voucher of any amount), we could describe the stay as an all-round success.

Rooms are satisfactory, very quiet, breakfast is also very good.

Nice good location

很棒的酒店，地處市中心，酒店樓下有付費停車場很方便。離博物館島很近，可以走着去。房間裝修精緻很現代，早餐在歐洲算豐富的了。還有機器人可以送東西上來，性價比很高。
