The location is quite remote, and there's no transportation available at night. If you're arriving late, especially past midnight like I did, you should really take this into consideration. The front desk staff were quite friendly. The room itself was just average, certainly not one of the best. It's passable if you just need a place to sleep, but you get what you pay for.

Found gum on the wall right next to my bed on the first night, receptionist asked if they could clean it in the morning. I agreed only to find it untouched the next day. Receptionist then offered to help me switch to a new room, which was already occupied. By the third room, I was finally able to have a bed-then I found gum AGAIN on the bed frame. So I ended up changing to another bed. Very inconvenient.

Although it's a hostel, you can opt for a private double room with an en-suite bathroom. The facilities are comparable to those of a hotel, offering excellent value for money. The neighborhood is safe, making it feel secure to go out at night.

I'm very disappointed with the incredibly impersonal service at this hotel! One afternoon, I returned to my room to find a housekeeper cleaning. I smiled and said 'Hello' to her, but she just gave me a hostile glare, didn't say anything, and made me feel very uncomfortable, as if I owed her money. What's even more disturbing, I was appalled to see the housekeeper dumping the bedsheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases directly onto the floor and even kicking them around with her feet. This is incredibly unsanitary! Dear Hotel Manager, could you please ensure your staff are not so indifferent and hostile? And that they pay more attention to hygiene when cleaning rooms? Otherwise, it's simply unacceptable.

This hotel was spotlessly clean and completely odor-free, making it one of the most satisfying places I've stayed recently. There's a well-stocked supermarket just a short walk to the right upon exiting.

Nice hotel for its price. Tiny rooms, no soundproofing at all, but convenient location and contactless check-in/out.

I had issues checking in through their check-in machine. I went to the front desk to ask to check in with them, but they told me it wasn’t possible and I have to do it through the machine. The guy at the front desk didn’t offer any help, so I had to try it again by myself. The guy at the counter in charge of selling drinks was also rude. All the staff had no interest in interacting with guests . The room was facing directly to the garden, where people could sit eat and drink, so it was quite loud at night. After the stay I noticed I lost my phone and I tried to call the hotel, but there was no way to reach them. I could only find the number to the a&o hostels group. They would tell me to call a different number that didn’t work. To my e-mail I never received a reply. The location was good, easy to reach the main station by bus. Other than that I did not like the hotel and would not recommend to anyone. There are definitely other hotels in the same price range with better customer service.

The room was quite compact, and with two of us, it felt a little cramped. However, it definitely offered good value for money. The best part was its incredibly convenient location right next to the central train station.

It was a really nice place to stay at, the only issue that I dealt with was that you can’t have only girls room when booking, and it only depends on your luck wether it’s available when you arrive

The hostel was great. Price is unbeatable. It was clean and facilities were good as well. Receptionists were really friendly and helpful. Toilets and showers were great. However, I should have booked AC rooms but I didn’t know of Berlin’s heat…. A great experience

I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel; it was actually my second time there, and once again I was extremely satisfied. The central location right by Berlin Central Station makes it easy to reach all parts of the city quickly. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. After the first night, I wanted to change my bed and that was taken care of quickly and without any hassle. All in all, there’s really nothing to complain about – a great place to stay!
