Ulasan Crowne Plaza Berlin - Potsdamer Platz, an IHG Hotel

This place is truly a gem, characterized not only by its beauty but also by its convenient location. The staff at the front desk, particularly the ladies, were delightful and provided excellent service. However, I did encounter some challenges during the check-in process due to the initial inefficiency of one staff member (one of the men) Once settled in, I was immediately captivated by the enormity and impeccable decor of the bedroom. It was a truly luxurious space. The bathroom was equally impressive, boasting a generous size that enhanced the overall comfort of the stay. Given these remarkable features, I can confidently say that I would choose to stay at this place again in the future. Regrettably, there was a noticeable issue with the sheets. They emitted a particular smell that slightly detracted from an otherwise outstanding experience. It would be beneficial for the management to address this concern promptly, ensuring that guests can fully indulge in the exceptional qualities of the accommodation.

Good value for money. In between two metro stations and easy to commute to main tourist places. Locates in a quite neighbourhood with two supermarkets in 5-8mins distance. Room is clean. Facilities and amenities are generally quite new. Nothing much to complain about. A very safe choice.

Delicious breakfast, good location. But they don’t do late checkout like most distinguished hotels do. The room is spacious but my room has a slanted ceiling, this may be because of the building impacting certain rooms but I do not like this type of construction as it makes the room feels stuffy Pictured is hotel lobby

Very nice hotel with a good location and professional staff. The location is close to the transit stations and lots of food places around to eat. Furniture in room is pretty new and modern. Will recommended it.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is clean, staff and helpful and friendly to fullfill our request even at mid night.

We stayed there for 5 nights and my bf and I both love this hotel, everything was fine and we enjoyed sauna so much..especially the service and staff all very nice, helpful and quick response for our requirements. Definitely will stay again once we Visit Berlin for next time

솔직히 4성급 호텔이라고 할 자격은 없습니다. 해당 호텔의 청결도는 매우 평범했고 서비스 또한 무척 불만족스러웠습니다. 아침부터 변기가 막혀서 정중하게 여러 번 도움을 요청했으나 직원과의 소통은 원활하지 않았고 그들은 무성의한 태도를 보였습니다. 정말 불쾌한 경험이었어요. 특히 *********이라고 하는 오전 크루가 정말 별로였어요. 피트니스 시설 또한 너무 좁고 부족합니다. 직원끼리 주는 정보가 너무 다르고 city tax가 따로 얼마나 붙는지에 관한 설명도 불충분합니다. 한국인 분들이라도 이 호텔은 선택 안 하셨으면 좋겠어요. 저는 차라리 돈 더 주고 다른 곳을 갈 걸 싶습니다. 베를린에 더 좋은 호텔이 많으니 고려해주시길 바랍니다.

設施：有歷史但很現代；傳統與現代結合 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：位於較中心的位置，旁邊的白色音樂廳令人難忘，附近美食環繞，德國人的網紅特色美食doenner真美。 服務：全英文check-in 和check-out, 早餐豐富，味道很贊

唯一不足就是浴室積水，其他一切都還比較滿意 酒店距離地鐵站也很近，步行大約五到六分鐘就差不多可以到了。

環境100分 衞生80分，最後一天看到更換的浴巾上有一塊淡紅色的印記 . 服務不敢説很好，到店付款税費時，被告知不收取現金，索取我的銀行卡訊息，然後隨意從卡里扣款二次，根本不告知客户，我很害怕離開這裏再有扣款發生，我不想聽他們説對不起，這會給我們增添恐懼感，不知道什麼時候銀行卡里的錢又被無聲無息的划走了

服務很好，安全性高，交通很方便，兩個地鐵都在300-400米範圍內，周邊環境也不錯，附近還有兩個超市，日常用品採購也很OK
