The hotel was well located with connections to everywhere in Berlin and walking distance from Berliner dom and museum island. The staff and service in the hotel were impeccable, always smiling and very helpful and professional. Only downside is that the hotel room doesn't feel like a 4 stars room, it feels old and tired and in need of a revamp.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Location is great! Walking distance to shopping street. The subway is only about 8 minute's walk away. The room looks a bit dated but generally its clean. We choose not to have our room clean daily. The breakfast spread is ok, but the staff are friendly. Overall, it's a very standard business hotel but nothing special in particularly.

Das Hotel Zoo liegt direkt auf dem Ku‘damm und ist deswegen die ideale Basis für einen Berlin-Aufenthalt. Es trifft die richtige Mischung zwischen Top-Hotel und Coolness. Der Service ist jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sind groß, haben ein tolles Bad und sind sehr komfortabel. Außerdem hat mich das Design des Hotel überzeugt - Klassik trifft Moderne. Weiter Highlights sind ein tolles Frühstück und top-Kaffee.

My partner and I recently stayed at the H4 Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz with our two furry companions and we couldn't have been more impressed. The hotel is pet-friendly and our dogs were not only allowed, but they were also very comfortable and felt safe in our room. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for all four of us. It was clear that the hotel staff took care to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also fantastic. Situated in the heart of Berlin, it was just a short walk from some of the city's top attractions, including the iconic Alexanderplatz. This made it very easy to explore the city without having to travel too far. Overall, we would highly recommend the H4 Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Berlin, especially if they are traveling with pets. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are fantastic, and the location couldn't be better. Our dogs and we had a great time, and we will definitely be returning for our next visit to Berlin.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in einem Zimmer ohne Beanstandungen und mit einer prima Ausstattung sowie freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Servicepersonal! Einem nächsten Besuch steht nichts entgegen. Vielen Dank!

Visited the hotel with a group of 26 lads, whilst we weren't the easiest to deal with the hotel staff put up with us and helped us out where they could! Special mention to the lady on the bar, she didn't speak great English but she was brilliant, her colleague on the bar wasn't the happiest of chaps but I think we won him around a little bit! Another mention goes to Francesco at reception! What a man! He couldn't help us anymore and I hope his Fantasy Football Team does well! Rooms were clean, showers great, no complaints! Good location too! Would definitely stay again! Top stuff, thank you!

Extremely convenient location and very comfortable accommodation. Reasonably-priced in my opinion but perhaps it was low in season. Could do with gym space (especially for colder months) especially if over-indulgent in German food and beers! This place stands out for the super-friendly, sincere and helpful staff; nothing was too much trouble.

I really liked this little boutique hotel. It was very, very clean and EXTREMELY quiet!!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE PEACE AND QUIET at a hotel, which is difficult to have. The room was classic European; quaint, small and was very clean - no dust anywhere and I appreciate that. The windows in the room REALLY kept any outside noise out. I thought there were birds in the area because I couldn't hear them! When opened the windows, I heard them. That's just how good they were at keeping the noise out. I did LOVE the church bells however. I opened the windows and recorded them when I could, they sounded so pretty. The water was wonderfully hot and the the spray was strong and felt so good against my skin. The water was soft and didn't dry my skin out like the water in the area I live in in the states. The hotel staff was very courteous and always kind. I am American and am HIGHLY fond of European breakfast! The breakfast here did not disappoint to me. The beds were lovely and just the right amount of firmness for me. I would definitely stay here again. The chocolate croissants were to die for! I hate I missed them on my last day.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. However, there was a slight downside in terms of staff attitude, as one reception staff member lacked friendliness. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

관광명소 같은데 지하철 타고 편하게 다녀올 수 있는 위치에요! 가끔 먼지가 보이긴 했지만.. 그래도 깔끔한 편이었고 넓고 좋았어요 청소도 매일 깔끔하게 해주시고요 👍🏻 미리 예약하고 갔는데 체크아웃할 때 또 돈 내라고 해서 당황했지만…;; 직원분들과 영어로 대화 가능해서 이미 지불했다고 말했고 보증금 들어오는거 기다리고 있습니다
