Hotel di Berlin dengan Kolam Renang

The hotel is okay, not the best room service. The spa area is quite small and not very comfortable when more than 4 people are present. The bed was big and comfortable, only the pillows were very high and hard, but they were replaced swiftly. If you are looking for a more luxurious and comfortable hotel, I would not suggest choosing this one.

Grand Hyatt is nicely located and a well maintained property with pleasant staff. Greta Garbo Suite is lovely as is the Vox Bar with live music. Property has no parking garage but good Valet service. Everything in order and a spacious, comfortable property.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Location is great! Walking distance to shopping street. The subway is only about 8 minute's walk away. The room looks a bit dated but generally its clean. We choose not to have our room clean daily. The breakfast spread is ok, but the staff are friendly. Overall, it's a very standard business hotel but nothing special in particularly.

Das Hotel an sich befindet sich in einer wunderbaren und zentralen Lage. Die Zimmer und der Pool sind großzügig und sauber. Die Qualität beim Frühstück war ebenso erstklassig. Es gab während unseres Aufenthaltes nur eine Problematik: Es fand die Innenministerkonferenz im Hotel statt. Selbstverständlich haben wir Verständnis für die Wichtigkeit dieser Veranstaltung. Wofür wir aber kein Verständnis haben ist, dass keinerlei Information und Kompensation an die Gäste erfolgt. Das Hotel wurde rund um die Uhr an allen Stellen mit schwerbewaffneten Polizisten bewacht, das Hotel zu betreten und zu verlassen war ein extrem zeitaufwändiger und nervenaufreibender Akt, die Garage konnte zwar befahren werden, wir konnten unser Auto aber nicht bewegen. Scharfschützen wurden platziert. Zusammenfassend fühlte man sich einfach nur bedroht und verängstigt. Nach langer Diskussion erstattete das Hotel die Parkkosten, eine Kompensation bei der Zimmerrate erfolgte jedoch nicht. Somit sind wir mehr als enttäuscht von dieser Einstellung den eigenen, gutzahlenden Gästen gegenüber.

The location of Hilton Berlin is fantastic and the exterior of the hotel plus the lobby is very beautiful. Very walkable location with many surrounding dining and sightseeing options. Overall, housekeeping was good. The rooms run fairly small and look dated, so value for money is not that great. Bathroom is clean but not very well-maintained, especially the toilet. The check-in concierge staff were ok but I would expect friendlier and more proactive service for the price we were paying and being a diamond member as well. The staff who was a blonde lady with glasses checked me in and out and was the friendliest staff i encountered during my stay. Rarely did the other staff smile or greet us when we walked past them and they generally did not have great customer service skills, and generally just unfriendly. The front door concierge and door staff were much friendlier and greeted us more than the check-in staff. I also had a very terrible experience with the night security staff when my friend and I came back to the hotel around 6 am after a night out. We walked in and were stopped by a man who was not wearing any uniform, or any attire to signal he was working at the Hilton, and in regular clothes, he was a bit hard to understand because he had a thick accent, and I thought he might be another patron at the hotel or a taxi driver, so I politely smiled at him and said “no thank you” and walked towards the elevator. He got extremely angry, began shouting at me, and said he was a worker there and showed me his keys with a Hilton keychain. He wanted to verify that we had a room key. While we were taking out the key, he was calling me rude and dismissive and that I was a terrible person. It was so jarring because there was no need to be that rude, he was acting like I shooed him away when I’m reality it was a miscommunication. He then went into the back of the concierge to complain about me loudly, didn’t even wait till I was out of earshot. It was hard to identify him as a staff, much less security, and I didn’t need to be scolded like a child. Overall, very unprofessional and made the remainder of my stay feel much more sour. I can look past the dated rooms because I know that is out of the staff’s control at that point of time. But unprofessional and unfriendly staff make the value of my stay and diamond member status much worse.

對的起Ritz Carlton 這塊招牌，在這裡住了四晚，服務非常到位。早餐在歐洲來說算是豐富，而且水果非常多樣，麵包也不會硬邦邦的。

一如既往喜歡洲際的室內裝修 工作人員都很熱情 早餐以歐洲的水準來説還可以 種類算是比較豐富的 有barista在那裡現做咖啡這點很滿意 酒店地理位置很好 步行到動物園5分鐘 到KaDeWe15分鐘 洗護全套都是Byredo的非洲之旅 自己都不用帶啦 下午去柏林還會選擇住洲際

Location: I think the location is perfect. Not too busy area as it is 8 min walk away from Kurfürstendamm but still central. There are a lot of good restaurants near by and you can just walk 10 min to the Bus stop pf the 100 bus which will take you wherever you want. Service: Great and friendly service. The man at the reception greeted us with a warm smile and the check in was super smooth. We even asked for slippers and got it right away. Perfect. Cleanliness The stone floor had some stains but nothing major or „dirty“ in any way. Room service was really good and in general the hotel was super clean and hygienic, especially in the spa area. Amenities The Sauna and pool were super clean and a great place to relax. The breakfast was a dream from waffles over bread to hot sausages the options were almost endless.
