Great location, near to many fantastic restaurants at steinplatz. Staff are attentive and helpful with your luggages although the main entrance has steep stairs. Comfortable beds even for twin singles. Probably one of the best locations in Berlin if you need some peace, as it is on the quiet end of the shopping district.

Enjoyed every aspect of staying at KPM Hotel and Residences with only one issue. On the last morning I was there, I went down to the restaurant late morning, to have a cup of coffee. I order the coffee and then asked whether I could purchase a pastry to go with the coffee. I made it clear I did not want breakfast but the person indicated that the only pastries were the left overs from breakfast. I had two pastries thinking they were for free and better than nothing. Anyhow, I was charged 7 Euros for the coffee and croissant. Both tasted like left overs from breakfast and when I looked around the pastry cart was gone and my guess is that what was there would have been thrown out. I went to pay thinking it was my fault but then because I wanted to pay by visa card, the waiter said it would be 10 Euro! I mentioned this to the staff member on the desk when I checked out and she agree it was poor service but she still charged me. It was the one big blemish on your excellent hotel and a real pity. Staff need to be able to use some judgement and/or initiative to waiver the cost is situations which ultimately reflect badly on the hotel for the gain of 7 Euros. Anyhow, it would not stop me staying in your hotel but I would be very wary of ordering from the restaurant outside of breakfast or dinner. On a more positive note, the dinner both nights in the Vietnamese restaurant was delightful.

I have stayed there for 5 nights. Wadorf Berlin is still good but not excellent anymore. They did not renew the hotel at the covid era, carpets at the floors and rooms are very old. Also furnitures in the room are worn out. They used to have turn down service but not anymore, they don't even put a piece of chocolate to your pillow for the night. Location is great, in the midlle of shopping and very close to metro. Reception and conciage was the best part. they are really good, they also found a free table for me at Grill Royal which I could not do for 15 days. Breakfast was good but not excellent again. For a Waldorf experience I was expecting a better breakfast, a turndown service and better maintained rooms. Beside this everything was great.

I have stayed in the beautiful Novotel Berlin am Tiergarten for a business Meeting and extended my stay for visiting Berlin. The Hotel is the perfect combination of a business and leisure Hotel. The breakfast (especially for vegeterians/ vegans!!) offers a huge selection and the Riesling at the Bar is delicious. The staff I had contact with in various departments is just outrageously friendly and I really felt at home. The location of the Hotel is just perfect if you want to have a quick run in the morning with the huge Tiergarten Park right in front and with the train Station also in front you can travel anywhere super quick and convenient. The Spa Area was bigger than I have imagined, including a Gym, a Sauna, Steam Bath and a really huge outdoor sun terrace. I will definitely visit this Hotel again when I travel to Berlin. For me personally- my best Hotel stay ever.

Smooth check in at 11.30 pm. Upgraded to the apartement The room was spacious Double bed and sofa bed for 2 persons Even though i was just with my wife. Microwave, coffee maker, water boiler, plates, induction stove etc were provided The bathroom was average The free internet was ok but the speed was little bit slow The breakfast was nice Coffee maker, delicious bread etc Convinience store infront of the hotel The location is in the center of Kudam in Berlin. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Next to the subway station : Kurfusstendaam. But this subway station was temporarily closed.

If you're looking for a mid#town party area (sleepless nights) you're off mark here, but the price of the accom may be interesting still. if you're on business and need to get up early, you won't find sleep easily because the hotel attracts customers keen on running, shouting and being noisy in general. If you look for CoVid security, the hotel has nice rules but nobidy gives a damn and nothing is enforced. If you have a room at 6th floor, to avoid the stuffed lifts is an inconvenient choice. In general. The place is clean and well maintained, tyhe crew is helpfulp. The immidiate neighbourhood is quiet but boring. If the guest next door snores you've rotten luck, if he doen;t, it's a good night. Given the price, one could do worse.

I would highly recommend staying here if you are running the Berlin Marathon. Being from North America, I had a preference to stay at a hotel that was a known brand to me. This hotel is a part of the IHG brand (Holiday Inn). You can expect the same type of experience that you would expect from any other IHG hotel. It was a very short walk to the zoologischer garten S-bahn station which makes travel to the Marathon easy (and other tourist sites for that matter). The above ground railway gives you multiple trains to access (S5/S7/S9 etc) and the distance/time is very short (less than 20 minutes to get to Berlin main station (including the walk from the hotel to the station). This year, the hotel was hosting a pasta dinner each night leading up to the race. This made it easy to get a nice ”carbo loaded” dinner without leaving the hotel. I had pasta both nights and both times the food was excellent. Hopefully they will do again in future years. There was also a breakfast available race morning although I did not opt to take it. My room was exactly as pictured on the website. The shower was fantastic with handheld and waterfall options. The property has stairs for those who do not like elevators. At the time of this review, you can walk up and down stairs with no issues (you just need your room key to access the floor). I asked for a wake-up call on Marathon morning (as a backup to my phone alarm) and it worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful at every step of the way (no issues in only speaking English). All in all, a great experience!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Motel one Kurfürstendamm. Diesmal länger, weswegen sich ein Familienzimmer lohnt (größer, mehr Stauraum). Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, so dass man sich wohlfühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. In der Kantstraße findet man jede Menge Restaurants. Der Kurfürstendamm ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, Bahnhof Zoo ebenso. Also äußerst verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Da kann man natürlich nicht erwarten, dass man in einer ruhigen Umgebung wohnt. Die S-Bahn fährt direkt vor dem Hotel. Uns hat das nicht gestört, wir fanden es sogar ganz ”witzig”. Und durch doppelte, bodentiefe Fenster hört man fast gar nichts mehr. Für die Entdeckung Berlins ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Guys, i may have found the perfect place to stay in berlin! The staff is so nice and friendly, the location is excellent, and the whole place is themed as a comic book! What is more cooler than this?! The hotel is located near zoologischer garten station, there is a bus going there or you can walk, it's not too bad. You get a free drink from the bar if you choose not to have your room cleaned that day, which is very environment friendly and a nice idea. The breakfest is excellent, they serve freshly squeezed orange juice, and have a variety of cuisines to choose from. The bread is fresh and crunchy, and you have pastries too! The The level of cleanliness was excellent, it was like checking-in every day. They give you these games to play, and there is an electric curtain that allows you to sleep tight without the sun blasting at you in the morning. They have a bluetooth speaker in the bathroom mirror, you can easily pair your phone and listen to music while you shower. All in all, highly recommended!

Well located, in a nice part of town, close to the Zoo & train station, numerous bus/subway lines around, quiet street. Good room cleaning, some vending machines in the hotel. Nice smallish room, very well re-done clean bathroom. Bed is a little small and not a super good mattress (but not bad). Internet a bit spotty. Good place for the price.
