Just one reminder for those who want to book this room as stated that they will provide "2 king beds" in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it) Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.

Hotel in the center in front of the train station, all the employees were very nice, for those who care, there is no air conditioner in the room, I booked an expensive room, there are probably rooms that need to be checked before. The hotel is clean.

Spacious and luxurious room with huge bathroom. Conveniently located next to public transportation, attractions and shopping. Restaurant at Sky Terrace was overpriced and didn’t taste nice. Restaurant Jack’s at ground floor has nice ambience and serves nice steaks.

the hotel is fantastic, very nice room and great service. We used the smoking lounge with very nice cocktails. Will definitely go back. Location is just across the street from main train station and parking, within the old town.

The location of the hotel is very good, next to Bern station, you can buy the necessities in walking distance. The room is comfortable and spacious. The service is professional. I order room service for breakfast, highly recommend the waffles! I would also recommend the restaurant “Nooch”, fried noodles are delicious, you can reach there on foot in 5 minutes from hotel

They freez (1500 CHF) from my credit card until now for no reason.

Overall pleasant stay, we enjoyed the room and the Spa which were very good. The cleanliness was impeccable. The room staff is very nice. Negative point for the mention "City view", in fact, we had a view of the facade of the building opposite (room 221). The breakfast is decent but the service does not follow. The staff did not offer us the hot food menu offered in addition to the buffet. We had to ask at the table next door where they had their pancakes, omelettes and others. So we ordered a cheese and bacon omelette. After 15 minutes of waiting, an omelette arrived with very very little cheese and no bacon. Finally, when checking out, everyone who left the room received a small biscuit bear "to thank them for their stay". We received nothing and the checkout time was a bit rushed, we felt like we were not treated like the other customers.

The room is big, the facilities are new, and it is close to the train station. Overall it is not bad, but the quilt is too thick, I almost got too hot. The price of breakfast is really 0 compared to the actual breakfast provided.

A cozy and comfortable hotel, just a short walk from the train station and a few minutes walk from the clock tower. All staff were very polite. The room was a bit small, the bathroom was quite large. The breakfast was a bit simple.
