Ulasan Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa

It's a conveniently located spot with excellent spa facilities, and I'm pleased that it welcomes kids during specific hours, allowing parents to indulge in some relaxation.

Very good and friendly service

Just one reminder for those who want to book this room as stated that they will provide "2 king beds" in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it) Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.

Hotel in the center in front of the train station, all the employees were very nice, for those who care, there is no air conditioner in the room, I booked an expensive room, there are probably rooms that need to be checked before. The hotel is clean.

Spacious and luxurious room with huge bathroom. Conveniently located next to public transportation, attractions and shopping. Restaurant at Sky Terrace was overpriced and didn’t taste nice. Restaurant Jack’s at ground floor has nice ambience and serves nice steaks.

the hotel is fantastic, very nice room and great service. We used the smoking lounge with very nice cocktails. Will definitely go back. Location is just across the street from main train station and parking, within the old town.

The hotel is in an old building next to the train station. It is well decorated and worthy of its five-star rating. The bed is large and comfortable, and there is a balcony. It is a great hotel for family trips!

The room is nice and the location is good, but the service is terrible. The front desk is quite stylish, but I was scolded by the front desk staff when I took a photo.

The hotel facilities are perfect

I went to Lucerne with a friend and agreed to book a hotel together. However, when I entered Zurich and then Schweizerhof on Ctrip, this hotel automatically popped up. After placing the order and paying, I talked to my friend and found out that the hotel was in Bern, not Zurich. I called Ctrip to resolve the issue. Ctrip's backend confirmed that I had entered Zurich and then Schweizerhof, but there was a problem with the backend push, and it pushed the Schweizerhof in Bern. As a result, I booked the wrong hotel and could not cancel it. I lost more than 5,000 RMB. Ctrip refused to take full responsibility. I am a Ctrip Black Diamond member, and this happened, which made me speechless. I am very disappointed with Ctrip and hope that Ctrip can refund me in full and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Reception was difficult. Check-out was very good. Breakfast was sensational, as always. Dinner: The schnitzel was very good, but the artichoke dish was dry and poorly presented. A shame. The wellness area was very good.

The location, service, decor, and rooftop terrace are all fantastic. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The food on the rooftop terrace is highly recommended.
