Tanto el trato como las instalaciones están perfectas. Está algo alejado, pero como parada de camino a otros destinos es perfecto. Muy cómodo y mucho aparcamiento privado. La habitación era realmente grande y confortable. Estuvimos alojados 3 en una habitación que era para hasta 4, por lo que había espacio de sobra. Además de que la habitación era bastante grande. Conexiones usb-c y enchufes y muy luminosa. Temperatura confortable y buffet completo. Recomendable 100 %

PPengguna TetamuPerfectly located to experience the beautiful city with our adult sons! The streets outside the hotel in the old part of the city were so pretty, and we easily hiked from the hotel to the citadel and all sights in-between. Restaurants were within steps, shopping was within steps. We had breakfast at the hotel one day then went to a French cafe the next. It’s also a walkable distance to/from the train station. Since we were there to explore the historical sites, we appreciated the history of the building we stayed in, too! The staff member who helped us was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were right above the square and, although a bit noisy in the late afternoon/evening, I personally enjoyed the energy of people having a good time. Again-authentic experience! We would definitely stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed here for 4 nights during the heatwave! Fortunately the air conditioning was very good. Usual Ibis room, comfy bed decent bathroom with good shower. Hotel is only a few yards from the bus and tram stop and the tram goes to the railway station which is better than the 20 minute uphill walk! Hotel is only a short walk from the main square, shopping streets, restaurant area and the river. Buffet breakfast was a good start to the day and all the staff were helpful and friendly. My first stay in Besançon and I'd gladly stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuA première vue, on sent que l'hôtel n'est pas de toute fraicheur et les équipements un peu vieillot (lavabo bois abimé voir photo), le sol fait un peu ”hôpital” et le couloir des escalier n'est vraiment pas accueillant. Mais la literie est propre et confortable. Les 2 personnes de l'accueil que j'ai vu étaient vraiment sympathique et l'hôtel a l'avantage d'etre à moins de 5 min à pied de l'hôpital. Le petit déjeuner était bien et la salle lumineuse.

PPengguna TetamuSans surprise. Les campaniles sont tous configurés sur le même modèle. Mais le temps a fait son effet et les équipements sont un peu vieillots. Propreté de la chambre et de la SDB correcte sans être exemplaire. Insonorisation moyenne. Literie confortable et store efficace à la fenêtre qui permet de dormir dans le noir. Buffet de petit déjeuner très complet. Restaurant non essayé. Accueil moyen : dépend des interlocuteurs. Veilleur de nuit très professionnel, réceptionniste aussi. La femme qui s'occupe des petits déjeuners en revanche plutôt désagréable.

We’ve been using Campaniles in France for around 30 years. Sadly they have been steadily declining in recent times despite some refurbishment. The woman running the hotel on the Saturday evening along with the chef was the only good thing. She was completely charming and was very helpful. The room reeked of smoke and was cold as the heating didn’t work properly, despite her best attempts, so she gave us a heater, which did work well. The furnishings were a mixture of original Campanile brown green and a partially refurbished bathroom which was in disgusting condition. Brown toilet, heater dripping with filth etc etc. On arrival in the restaurant we were 10 mins early at 18:50 and she informed us we were too early but we explained we just wanted a drink to start with, which she duly served. By the time we eventually left the restaurant at just before 21:00, we were the only two customers they had had all evening! Hence no buffet, just an extremely limited menu of food which was served not entirely heated through. Do yourself a favour and find another brand of hotel, as we will next time. It’s very sad as we really enjoyed the simple convenience of Campaniles but they seem to be being run down and abandoned as a brand.
