I got wrong book the date first time on 12-13 April actually i need to book 5 on march and call trip to help me change or cancel and I will book again but not to change or cancel I'm so disappointed because it my only last day in panama and have to go another country actually i book many hotels never happened like this before because 11-12 April to change to march is still have 1 months time to change be I can’t trip said hot don’t let them change , hotel said why don’t let trip Change because money with trip really disappointed

The hotel has almost no lobby, the room is full of mold, there is no chair in the room, there is no bedside table, no drinking water, no toiletries, no slippers. It is the worst 4-star hotel I have ever stayed in. In second-tier and tier-1 cities in China, it is just a guesthouse within 100 yuan.
