I stayed in this hotel last year while forgot my ring in the room, the housekeeping team led by Cathy Walter helped me out by not only found my ring but also put lots of efforts in try get it back to me in another city. With my last min schedule change I left the country without being able to take the ring. Amazing that Cathy kept my ring for 6 months untill I return to US stayed in this hotel this week that see my ring right at check in at front desk. This is the best service and help a traveller out when needed. Great job for Cathy and team!

The receptionist was just rude & cold. Beside that, the room was clean and of a good size.

Good choice for every trips

The hotel staff didn't smile very much, but the hotel itself was clean and the room was big and nice!

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the WiFi was disconnected. In short, I would choose this hotel again next time.

Overall it was very good, clean and tidy. There was drinking water on the first floor, which was very convenient. The hotel did not provide toothpaste and toothbrush, which was a bit rare. Fortunately, there was a Trader Joe’s downstairs, so I could buy some supplies if I came back early. It closed at 9 o'clock. There were some minor setbacks in the middle, and Ctrip helped to solve them in time. Thank you very much.

Very good, cost-effective, about 700 meters from the subway entrance to the city center

It is indeed average, the hardware is relatively old, and the service level is even more difficult to describe. There are other hotels to choose from in the surrounding area, so I suggest you take a look.

15 minutes walk to the subway station. Convenient transportation

The subway station is not as far as expected, the room is bright, the bed is comfortable, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The parking lot is in the basement, 35 dollars per day, which is basically fair.

I didn’t expect it to be so expensive so far away from Washington! Not cost-effective! New hotel, facilities are OK!
