Although location is very good, if we talk of prices then its not so worth...Food Quality and number of Varities are very less...Spa is under process...Cycling was also under process...so acitivity parts was also not much to spend whole day in resort...in terms of services...it was good and yes at the time of check out you will get ***y calls for asking....WHEN R U CHECKING OUT...continously in every 5 mins...i too got 3 calls in every 5 mins time frame for asking of check out...

We were a group of 13 members and the interconnected rooms were perfect for our family. The huge bathrooms, view from the balcony and the complimentary snacks & drinks were a huge hit with the kids. The games during pool time and the bonfire kept everyone engaged. The coffee plantation walk was also quite informative. The resort has an infinity pool which has beautiful views and an additional pool. We played cricket, shuttle and cycled around. A kids play area and multiple swings kept kids of all ages busy. The dinner and breakfast spread was scrumptious. Special mention to all the staff at the resort, they are very polite, helpful and always smiling..Savitha, Naani, Ravi to name a few. The team was always in touch right from enquiry, enroute to the resort as well as calling to check if we have reached back safely to our city. Small gestures but very heartwarming. -Anjali

One of the best resorts I stayed so far.. hospitality is one of the best.. ambience is awesome.. the entire staff treated us as one of their family members. Well very maintained property. Would definitely plan to visit again.. Ramya, Savitha, Varsha and Subra***ya these are few staff names I remember who made us feel very comfortable.. kudos to the entire team

It is an excellent resort in Coorg. Location is at it's best. Hospitality is at its best as claimed by them. Staff is courteous and very supportive. Every need and enquiry is taken care of . All facilities mentioned in their brochure are really available. Excellent place to stay with family. Food is good too with wide range.

Coorg Cliff Resort delivers on their promise of " Assured Hospitality At Its Height". Amazing holiday experience with a great location,awesome view and their hospitality and staff is class apart. The swimming pool has an amazing sunset view and the kids area is very well maintained too. The key differentiator of the resort is their lovely people who take care of the guests very affectionately. Their staff is very caring,humble and hats off to the ***agement for building this culture.Not seen this anywhere else before. Special mention of Mr Basheer, Mr Susheel , Mr Pankaj , Haripriya , Ashwini , Sareetha for making our stay memorable with their caring nature and ready to help attitude. The food is really delicious with a mix of local & Indian cuisine with mouth watering desserts. Highly recommended if someone is planning a visit to Coorg Will definitely love to come back and experience their hospitality again.

Cliffs Resort is situated in a very nice place. Building, Rooms swimming pool and all joy ride are very enjaoyable. Especially the dinner hall staffs reception hospitality wonderful. The every items of dishes are delicious. In total all we enjoyed wonderful stay and experienced the marvellous and beautiful place

Eventually we had a office trip the the resort, and the resort was hilarious, the scenery near the swimming pool was mind blowing and damn the foods that they provided was good and the warm hospitality that they gave iam dumstruck, but i had some disappointment where the swimming pool had more chlorine and the could have provided tea and refreshment when needed but it was fun in resort

Dear Friends, If you are thinking of visiting this resort then my suggestion is "JUST GO FOR IT!!!" A perfect place for Family, Couples, Corporates & Bachelors as well..a perfect treat to all nature lovers. The ambience is superb..all the staffs are really helpful..i have absolutely no words to appreciate them. If i do not mention the name of few ppl then it would be wrong on my part.. Mr. Jain Kumar (VP) Mr. Subra***i (Maintenance incharge, deserves high appreciation) Mr. Dilip (House keeping ***ager) Ms. Haripriya (restaurant staff) Ms. Dap (restaurant staff) Ms. Beena (restaurant staff) Ms.Chanchala Ms. Shalini Mr. Bheemaiah Mr. Ravi Lastly the customer support I would appreciate the ***agement of Coorg Cliff Resort for having the right ream on board & if possible, i would request you to pls consider awarding your valuable resources (mentioned above).
