Love staying here always a fun time, close to everything I need and there is a ****** also, it really is a nice hotel this is my 6th time back.

We used to love to stay here. Now it isn't as clean as it once was, there's no service and one towel pr person for our entire stay. The tissue box had one tissue and one roll of toilet paper. The ****** has no entertainment and we found ourselves going to other ******s close by. But what got me the most was we arrived at 2:40 and tried to check in. Our room was ready, but because it was before 3:00, they wanted to charge us a $10 fee for early check in. It isn't a large amount, it was just annoying because we were already paying $500 for 3 nights. We stepped aside for 20 minutes, caught up with friends, then stepped back up to the window to check in. If the the front desk clerks were nice, I might not have minded. But they must have been having a bad day as they only had time to yell at a young boy bouncing a ball. I probably won't stay again!!!

Front desk asked for my temporary drivers license even though my license was not expired yet but about to be. I though that was unnecessary.

The hotel and our room, both, were very clean and comfortable. Very nice size room, we stayed in a standard King room. The shower was amazing. Sometimes in hotels, the water pressure is low or you run out of hot water? Not here, the best hotel shower by far. Sometimes it’s the little things! My ONLY complaint about this hotel is there was no microwave in the room for leftover food or drink. There is also a couple of local places to eat that we really enjoyed! Stacks, a breakfast place and an Italian restaurant for dinner, Trattoria Tiramisu (the Alfredo was so good)! Not fancy places but delicious food and great service! We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The property was fine. My problem was with *******. ******* confirmed a reservation at a hotel that was completely booked. The hotel did not have my reservation when I arrived. I spent over an hour working with ******* trying to get me a room the Isle. The end result was they had no rooms to give. ******* took so long to get back to me that we went to another hotel and booked a room without *******. ******* needs to make it easier to talk to a live person. It was over an hour before I was able to get away from the Artificial Intelligence assistant. Disappointing.

It's just a bit older than other hotels. We had a nice stay. The water pressure in the shower was very low. Room was large and clean. No quick meal on premise after 10pm.

The shower took about five minutes of running wster for hot water. There was hair on the shower tile wall from the last person who showered.

We stayed to be close to an event next door. I asked for early check-in so I could get ready at the hotel. They said that was fine. I got there an hour beforehand and there was a line of 10 people to check-in and 1 clerk. There were 2 kiosks but they were a little temperamental as people were trying to use them. The room was ok. Could use a little more love. The bathroom was small and impossible for 2 people to get ready in. The lighting was awful! I ended up doing my make-up in the entryway. We had a king bed and 4 tiny pillows. Bed could use a topper, it wasn't very comfy. TV was difficult and slow to use. We had no hot water to shower with in the morning.
