I. The absence of any chain hotels this is not a bad option. What this hotel lacks in ambience or cleanliness it makes up more than enough on service and location.
The service and the willingness to help by the staff was exceptional.
The food in the restaurant was very tasty.
The bakery in the hotel has some amazing cakes and pastries.

Bad experience. The reception guy was terribly rude and zero sense of hospitality. The hotel need better people at the front desk to do justice to the property and not at all family friendly.

The property's location is central and good. The food, amenities, and service are not upto the mark. There were not many options for breakfast. The shower pressure in our bathroom was very low and the there were a few leaks as well. We booked in this hotel for a personal emergency and requested late check out explaining our tragedy but we were curtly denied citing hotel policies. Very disappointed.

I decided to have a holy dip in prayagraj sangam one day and booked the hotel legend in prayagraj sangam. The hotel is peaceful, spacious, neat & clean. On arrival, they gave me the prayagraj tourist booklet. The 7 to 10 breakfast was also great. The staff is always ready to help. After the holy dip, i gave my wet clothes for laundry and received back the ironed one by evening.

Legend hotel is very well located in next to downtown allahabad civil lines area and yet it is on a very quiet street. Hotel is well maintained and has a nice lobby and coffee shop for meeting etc. Rooms are quite specious. Though rooms upkeep and lighting etc could have been a bit more upscale.
