**Traces of Human Hair and Insects in Hotel Food** This hotel is a disgrace to the holy city of Prayagraj, and I urge anyone thinking of staying here to reconsider. From the moment we arrived, there was no one to help with our luggage. We had to carry our own bags, and to make matters worse, the lift was out of order due to maintenance. If you have elderly people or a lot of luggage, get ready for a tiring climb to the second or third floor. The hotel does not allow outside food, and the in-house dining is very expensive. To make things worse, they add extra items to your bill and demand payment, saying the bill has already been generated. The food quality is terrible. I found human hair and bugs in the rice dishes. In colored dishes like Biryani and Pulao, it's hard to see, but in plain rice, it's clearly visible. When we asked for a complimentary water bottle, they charged ₹60. The tea served here is worse than what you get at a railway station. The staff is extremely rude and uneducated, behaving more like local goons than hotel employees. The manager claimed to be a practicing lawyer in Allahabad High Court and implied we couldn't complain and that the hotel didn't care about our issues. We booked through Goibibo and, having already paid, felt trapped. The treatment we received was humiliating, especially in front of our children and elderly parents. It was a terrible experience. For your peace of mind, I request everyone reading this to avoid this hotel at all costs. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I deeply regret visiting Prayagraj and wish I had chosen a different place to stay.

Very pleasant stay with Max hotel Prayagraj, well spoken & trained staff with great service. Room is specious & clean. They have travel agency Mishra tour & travel is very dynamic. Budget hotel but perfectly maintained. Thank you team for make our stay comfortable.

Hotel is next to the prayagraj junction. Very clean & specious room. Food is good. Travel desk Asutosh ji is very gentle regards our prayagraj local side seen as well as varanasi trip. We will recommend to our friends & family. See you soon on Maha Kumbh.

Max family room is clean & specious. Staff are very well behaved & trained. Food is ok & breakfast is good. Very close to Prayagraj railway junction & only 5 kilo mitres from Sangam. Civil line bus stand is very close to the hotel. Stay was good.

I will focus solely on feedback regarding the service and property. My conclusion is to avoid this hotel for both business and leisure stays. The room was dirty and had spotted linens, and the air conditioner leaked water. There were no toiletries, and the room supplies were insufficient. The service was poor; even the smallest requests required multiple reminders. The food in the restaurant was not worth trying—excessively greasy curries that could impact your health negatively. The buffet breakfast was also disappointing. The location next to the railway station means there is a lot of noise. So, why did I choose this hotel? Simply based on TripAdvisor ratings, as I was unfamiliar with accommodations in Prayagraj city. Thus, I feel compelled to leave this feedback here. The reviews on TripAdvisor seem far from reflecting the actual experience, making me question the genuineness of the 5-star reviews. I cannot find any good reason to recommend staying here.

Staff was very nice and in restaurant sujal was great but the cleaning staff was not good at all and the service of room was very slow they actually tell you 15 min and takes approximately 2 hours ac was not cooling that much and the they don’t include dinner also

Hotel staff Mr. Vishal was very co-operative and food was very good some basic renovation for washroom and bedroom must be done by authorities, over all nice experience here hope good for future and all the best for all staff members .
