This place has all the attributes of a good Boutique. Great decor, Newari architectural charm, the right amount of creature comforts, and personalized and friendly hospitality. IF it fixes a few holes in the fabric, it could be a winner. The biggest letdown was the extremely lame breakfast that had almost no good local food in it and the dated room interior. IF they get that fixed they can be a true charmer. LOCATION: Good location in old Bhaktapur and walkable from Durbar square and ll points of interest DINE + DRINK: The Breakfast was a disappointment and it was closed quite early in the night even before we arrived. There is also No good Bar on site. ROOM: We stayed in Room 401, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the cityscape ; SIZE: Spacious enough with a huge living room and s separate Bedroom; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: A very doo Bathtub shower with no shower curtains! ; TOILETRIES: Very random cosmetics, better to bring your own FACILITIES: No gym on site, but there is an outdoor pool that is unusable in colder weathers. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to RINA at front desk and SAIU at the breakfast restaurant HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Super slow Wi-Fi that was patchy in the room!
