Place is good and good view service is best and good for everything when i went my family then hotel staf available for daily use thing and most important is respect every person I think hotel location is best available for everything

We stayed over 2 weeks. The family had multiple rooms on the same floor. We got to know the floor plan, the routines, and the staff well. Visiting Bhilai next time, we would not stay anywhere else. One thing - although amenities and staff were exceptional, it never felt overwhelming. We could navigate through hotel spaces, meet visitors, and have spontaneous meeting in the spacious lobby without any hesitation. Staff was always there to help but always non-intrusive. It seems that even their attire/colors have been designed to be non-obtrusive - shades or blue rather than yellow/red. In terms of comfort, cleanliness, environmental control, use of technology in rooms, wi-fi bandwidth, room service, house keeping - it was all tops, 5 stars out or 5. And just for fun, while staying at Grand Dhillon we explored other top-notch properties in Bhilai (we were planning for a potential extended stay) - there are other good ones for sure, but Grand Dhillon is undoubtedly a notch above all. Food - breakfast was wonderful - buffet style - a combo of continental and Indian, plus on-demand omelets/dosas/paranthas. Certain days we had to hit the road early, so we asked staff if we could have breakfast early. They happily accommodated and even packed some for the road. Dinner was similarly great - with a choice of multiple cuisines. It all seemed to be made fresh and in nutritious manner. However, if you want to taste a more dhaba style preparation, you can simply cross the street and choices are abundant. I guess we stayed long enough that it started feeling like home. Staff was easily able to guess our questions. Would know if we forgot something in the lobby. Had a great conversation with manager Vishwanathan over a cup of tea he invited me to join. And in the dinning hall Nandini knew exactly the quantity we would eat. We were there to take care of some family emergency situation. When we left, the manager bid us farewll and wished to see again under happier circumstances. Going back will feel like going home!

I had a very comfortable stay with good food at the hotel. The room was clean, nicely lit location easily accessible. Parking available.

I had a great time there, the location was also perfect as it was just in front of the railway station. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, it is really good and I do recommend it for all types of travellers.

It was nice stay, rooms where clean and ambiance was very good, staff was very polite and decent, staff response was good. Overall it was good stay in hotel alka palace.

I had chosen Hotel Cambean for hosting my engagement ceremony and was pleasantly surprised with the arrangements. Had booked rooms there for our guests and Atrium banquet hall for the function. The rooms were neat and clean and the banquet hall was very spacious (specially important in these times of Covid for social distancing). All the arrangements were very good and prompt. The staff was very courteous and helped us with all the last minute requests we made. Would like to make special mention of the operations manager - Mr. Jagannath Dolui. He ensured that the function ran smoothly and was always available in person/over call to ensure that all our requests/requirements were attended to. Would like to thank him and the staff for making this event memorable for me and my family.

Neat and clean hotel. Good place to stay with pleasant atmosphere. Staff behaviour is also nice. I stayed 3 days with no any issues. Excellent. Kindly send the gst invoice of this trip

I was in Raipur for a business purpose and that is when I stumbled upon this place. The whole process from pre-booking to checkout was extremely smooth. •The hotel was very courteous while handling the queries and they were extremely polite. The hotel is close to the railway station so that gives it a geographical advantage while commuting in and around the city. Adding to the well established infrastructure, it is also equipped with a gym and other facilities. The food served here is extremely delicious and you'll be left wanting for some more • Overall if you're in Raipur, I can vouch for this place that you'll have a pleasant stay. The rooms are very clean and nice. The hotel staff was very cooperative and the room service was also very good. We got good help from Miss Shalini at the reception regarding check in and checkout time so that we did not face any problem. The food at the hotel was also very good.
