First of, let's talk about location. The location is peaceful but if you want to buy grocery or head on to nearby restaurant or just quick walk by, you need to at least go around 800-900 metres from the location. Secondly as I entered the property, I was warmly greeted by staff and manager and check in was done hassle free! Now about the room, since I was on a solo trip, the room was pretty big and amazing. All the amenities were available, AC, fan, hot water for bath, drinking water, soap (liquid soap) for both shower and hand wash placed differently. About food: I had breakfast, and dinner there for 2 days.. Food was decent, not brilliant, taste wise it was decent and quantity price wise was amazing. Seevice: Room service was a bit slow coz when I had asked for drinking water I told them twice and got it on third time when I asked one of the staff. Staff is really friendly and amazing though. Overall I had an amazing experience, and it can improve on food and service and it would be perfect but kinda defeats in the location.

Entered the property with not much of expectations after experience at Camelia hotel Puri as prices were comparable. However it was an awesome shock to see the magnificent property. Excellently maintained with efficient and professional reception experience. Had booked the wrong type of room by mistake, they upgraded without any charges. This was first pleasure. Room was cosy and comfortable, best and well maintained with spotless linens. Further, their room service helped by catering to special request. Breakfast was complimentary and they even provide packed one in case someone is checking out before 7AM. Breakfast spread is ready by 6:50 AM and a great choice of menu. Benchmark for Indian hospitality standards. They are prepared to go an extra mile to feel you home. Chef Ghosh from the pastry shop was wonderful as he fulfilled a very last call wish by making us some amazing austrian apple strudel. Our stay in all was very amazing. This has turned into my favourite family resort in central india after my 4th stay.
