two things come out of this property: 1.This is a property which is basically two floors of banquet halls over which sit twenty rooms and a restaurant. Nothing less, nothing more. The only connection is to the famous sibling across the road is the name of mayfair, which is in a different genere . Less taxes apart. The food is great, the room are well curated. The property is lovingly taken care of and the staff is great. 2.The second thing is the stench which comes from the toilets into the rooms and across the corridor in the mornings and in the evenings. That is when they are getting used. The staff probably knows about it so there are lemongrass diffusers in the morning and evening. To the point that it gets overpowering. better properties are available in the area for around 20% lower prices if you do not hold to the mayfair name.

I and my mother were guests here and we loved all of it. The room, the ambience, cleanliness, staff behaviour for the most part, location.... you name it and they have it worked out to perfection. There was just one little bit that shocked us. For reasons too long and irrelevent to this forum, we went to the hotel by autorickshaw. As the vehicle was entering the hotel premises, a security person stepped out and stopped us. He sent the vehicle back to the road and made us walk into the hotel from there. Perhaps he felt that Mayfair would be degraded devastatingly by the presence of a lowly vehicle under its hallowed portico roof. What he really degraded however was himself and the establishment because snobbery like this really springs from a sense of inferiority. Except for that one little exception, for which I hope the ***agement was not responsible, it's a great hotel and no questions asked.

The room was clean and all necessary things were present. I would like to stay here in future again. The mirror and curtain was most soothing part and increasing the decor or the room.The breakfast menu was quite healthy.Overall I had a great time

Excellent hotel at very convenient location... staff is very polite and helpful... best part is that you can access Mayfair Lagoon restaurants and facilities too... food is delicious... highly recommended for comfortable family stay...

It was a wonderful stay and the hotel staff is very supportive. its on the prime location and i recommend this hotel for families. Food is also good and there are great options just infront of the hotel

Very comfortable beds, breakfast was excellent. Facilities at the lagoon were excellent. Staff was courteous and gave all the possible help. Located about 20 mins from the airport. Uber can reach you anywhere in bhuwaneshwar

Exceptional service. Kartik was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Huge, well-maintained rooms. Lovely ambience as well. The decor of the hotel is very beautiful, regal and exudes an old world charm. The food was great while the restaurant staff were warm and courteous. We had a wonderful stay!
