A cozy hotel in the heart of Biarritz. Friendly staff, rooms equipped with practical amenities (bed, closet, desk, TV, fridge, kettle, and a Nespresso machine), and a small gym. For longer stays, the Junior Suite or an apartment is recommended, as the standard room is relatively small. Pros: Location, staff, rooms (suite/balcony) Cons: Slow Wi-Fi, breakfast (typical French), thin walls

The hotel was so cute in the little plaza. Our room had a balcony that we loved sitting on to watch people and look out at night and in the morning. We were early to check in and the woman at the front desk was very accommodating, letting us store our bags, change and use the WiFi. She was also very helpful getting us a taxi and helping us get around.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, centrally located and walkable to everything you'd want to do in Biarritz. Room was a bit on the small side but has everything you need, especially for a short stay like ours. Staff was friendly and the rooms were tidy and clean. Would recommend.

Very good, very friendly and all very clean. The general building and fixtures are a bit tired however, including a very old air con unit without its swing.

Fantastic location near the beach and great restaurants and shopping. The hotel is a bit old and dated, but the room was spacious and clean and had A/C. Staff was very nice and arranged transportation for me.

I made my reservation though ***********. They offer a four star hotel, an apartment room for four people , with an ocean view , air conditioning and when we entered, the place is a trip to the creepy 1900! Two nights for €620!!! not for free! The room has been updated, ok, but smells all humid, the rest of the hotel is Terrible! The corridor carpet an walls are all tattered And we had to climb a tiny stair to get to my room. It has two areas, one with air conditioner and the other we had to open the window over a horrible courtyard. The fourth bed is dirty, full of a kind of sand and when I went to the reception desk, the lady just said she cannot do anything! *********** gave a phone number I cannot access, there is nobody who can clean this room!

Never stop here! The hotel itself is disgusting and terrible. The rooms are creepy! we had problems with the card - we were ready to pay everything in cash and make any deposit in cash - but no one did or decided anything! The hotel staff laughed in our faces and said that if your card does not work, we will not take cash from you. The owner of the hotel shouted that he was in charge here and would set the rules as he wanted. That he does not care about the laws of France, about us. it feels like the hotel was made to humiliate the guests and increase their self-esteem at the expense of the guests. Whatever the hotel writes in response, know that everything they write is not true. The hotel is run by absolutely deceitful, criminal people who spit on the laws of France and on you. Avoid this place!
