Ulasan Premiere Classe Biarritz

Terrible place. Tiny room. Noisy place. Smell of tobacco inside. Planes overhead. Constant appearance of dirt in the room (blanket, sheets, pillow) and in the common areas. The room door and window didn't close properly; in winter, it must be extremely cold inside. Very expensive price for the location and room. Plus local (survival) fees. At 6:00 a.m., the alarm went off for about 15 minutes. Lack of staff. Health authorities should take a look at this place. I'll never go back.

The staff was super friendly. The budget hotel is ok for one night solo traveler or for a short stay when having a long drive. Good parking.

Functional, everything needed avaliable

Clean and well located, right next to the bus station and local buses. Good value for money.

Hotel to sleep and continue the journey

Very aging hotel, absolutely not maintained, damaged floor, same sanitary facilities, but clean bedding and linen

Fatal room smells of tobacco, you can't sleep in it without air conditioning, the clothes smell when you get up, it's horrible, no one helps you change rooms

The rooms are small with the bare minimum, but worth the price. It's very clean, the staff are lovely and very helpful

Good for helping out and close to the airport and the buses that pass by. But that's the only positive thing. Because the hotel needs freshness.

Satisfied waiting to see my next stay

Chambre petite avec une salle de bain minuscule. Difficultes pour se deplacer a l'interieur. Ne recommande pas cet hotel.

En cuanto al lugar, es un hotel como de paso , por precio esta decente, la verdad queda lejos del centro pero la ventaja esta que la parada de bus literal esta a 10 pasos🥹 y la otra ventaja es que enfrente esta la parada de buses de flexibus, las ahora si lo quieres coger por intentar que sea céntrico no es nada céntrico la desventaja es que esta lejos y en bus tardar alrededor de 10minutos o menos depende de donde te bajes. Por que si pretendéis ir cambiando, nosotras lo hicimos y tardamos como 45m o 1 hora 🤣 asi que es un recorrido largo para ir caminando. Pero por precio estaba bien. Y eso que lo reservamos 1 semana antes. Lo recomiendo solo si vais a ir a dormir y por pocos dias. Pero si es por intentar relajarte la verdad las habitaciones son muy oscuras 😅 .

Une honte… pour le prix de la nuit.  Ok c’est un Première Classe & à Biarritz… on ne s’attend pas à grand chose… mais une petit mission réno ne serait pas de trop !

Petit déjeuner très peu copieux pour le prix et plus de pain et jus d’orange à 8h30 . Personnel peu aimable.  Propreté des chambres laisse à désirer.
