Aurora Hotel Plaza Reviews

The only reason you would find yourself in Bien Hoa is for business or ( like me ) family reasons. I stayed 8 nights at the Aurora Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and a good size. The bathroom is also a reasonable size but the shower is over the bath meaning it is quite a big step over the baths side when entering or exiting from a shower. The Aurora has one of the best bathroom kits I have ever seen. As well as the usual kit there is also shower cap,Emery board and a vanity kit which I discovered had packaged cotton earbuds. The soundproofing in the rooms is woeful. Coughs, conversations and TV from adjoining rooms was easily heard. Air con and Wifi both good. Swimming pool lovely and clean and well equipped gym. Now to breakfast, all I can say is, as a Westerner , go in with low expectations and you won't be disappointed, though eggs are cooked to order. All staff were helpful and pleasant

Good location, right in the centre of Bien Hoa. About 70 min to airport. Staff are helpful to get me taxi.

Good place to stay every time

Have a pleasent stay there aa they arrange connected room so my family can able to talk to each other in the room saving them the trouble to go in and out of room.

Nice and clean

It's OK to stay here on a business trip. The hotel is old, and the equipment and decoration are also old, but the attitude of the service staff is enthusiastic and the service is quite thoughtful.

The room is large, the king-size bed is made of 2 single beds. The room is poorly soundproofed, the internet signal is not good and often disconnected. The breakfast is average. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is too loud.

Clean and sanitary, warm service.

There are no problems with the service or equipment. Until now, I was staying in Ho Chi Minh City. I tried this one because it was close to my company. There are no terrible traffic jams, and commuting is easy. I will use it again. it's recommended.

The room is very spacious with plenty of furniture: Bed, bedside tables, desk, closet, couch. There is an area to make tea/coffee with kettle and mugs supplied. TV, frige, safe, WiFi, AC is all there. The bathroom is also spacious with extra shower. Everything was clean. We had a nice view over the city from our window. The breakfast buffet was very good. On the top there is a gym and swimming pool. There are also a few tables up there which we used to work. The hotel is near a big mall where you can do some shopping (also groceries) and where there are many restaurants to have a quick bite. The hotel is in the middle of the city with lots of shops, traffic etc. around, but inside the hotel everything is calm. We enjoyed our stay very much.
