All very good. They are very helpful and very kindly. Location also perfect, walking distance to everywhere.

Fantastic location and very easy to get to. Some rooms weren't the best, but it was fine.

Stayed just for one night. I arrived very late, like 1 AM. They let me stay in the lobby even though it was closed because I needed to use my laptop. Very clean. The only thing is that they don't make you the bed. So, in my case I went to sleep like 2:30 AM and had to improvise something to avoid bothering the others in the room.

A decent stay: the staff speaks Spanish and a little English. Unfortunately, there's no luggage storage. The location is about 25 minutes from the train station. Overall, it's a clean hostel.

Zero Rating for this poorly managed place. They have no customer care and this place has zero hygiene and management.

Room was way too hot. Asked for air con to be turned on - staff member came into the room around 1am to try to turn it on and was on his phone - woke up the entire room! He was also very rude the following evening.

Everything is fine. The location, environment, and service are perfect. You just need to prepare yourself mentally. After all, this is a public place. There might be a monster in your room. However, since you generally don't plan to live there permanently, there's no need to worry.

It doesn't look like a hostel for tourists and travelers but a shelter. Kind and helpful staff, sometimes dealing with particular guests. Puzzled.

This is not a tourist accommodation. The people who work here are the hosts. There are many long-term guests. The room smells a lot. But I am satisfied with the cheap price and good location. The kitchen is clean. You can cook with a microwave and oven. If you stay for one night at this price, you will be satisfied. However, if you want a lot at this price, you are too greedy. I am satisfied with the cost-effectiveness.
