Amazing location in the heart of the city. Car parking was easy to find and use.

很多年前住過一次，這次過來整體感覺還不錯，位置當然相當方便，去中心區域商業街，古根漢姆，老城區，都是步行即可，周邊那些非常好吃的餐廳，pintxos也都如願再次嚐到。房間整潔夠用，而且還提供了整套洗漱用品，手續也快捷。可能周邊的食物太美味了，相比來説早餐感覺比記憶中遜色。沿街麼肯定會有噪音，但也還好不是太大問題，因為空調感覺有點悶我還開了點窗，這樣情況下噪音也沒有影響到睡眠。

La ubicación inmejorable para visitar el centro. Todo accesible. Se puede ir andando. La habitación individual algo pequeña, sobre todo la ducha.

We Stayed here whilst walking the Camino del Norte. It has a Great central location close to lots of restaurants. Room was very comfortable with plenty of space and a good sized bathroom. Breakfast was great. Would happily recommend this hotel.

Good location near to restaurants, old town and Guggenheim. Decent room - clean and everything works. Encountered poor service. Reception staff not willing to assist even when asked. Breakfast buffet decent. Considering options available will not be back.

Good location. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. . Good beds and linens. Rooms on small size. Gym for individual exercise. Had nothing in room to provide instructions o how to use services such as coffee maker and TV. The instructions posted on how to use the safe were incorrect. I had to call someone to come to my room and she said they were incorrect and showed me how to do it.

A very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and beds in a very good location with many eating establishments and shopping. The breakfasts are very good with a wide variety of food choices in buffet style. Only negative was getting hot coffee from too few servers.

Small rooms, but clean and well appointed. Nice location and good opportunities to hike and walk around. The breakfast was good, and staff were very helpful. I would stay there again. The bookshelf wallpaper was a nice touch as far as I was concerned.

This hotel is one star hotel, rooms are not good at all, they always try to push the worst room to you unless you demand better room they don’t give to you. They don’t have too many good rooms, some rooms are without windows , staff are rude . I would not recommend this hotel. The price compare to the room type is very expensive. I stayed here for total of 5 days coming with one of the big tour company. Breakfast is not as good as I was thinking. Do not recommend

I stayed one night in a single room in this hotel. It was exactly as advertised on the hotel website. The room was very clean and perfectly adequate. Hotel staff at reception were helpful and efficient. The rate was good value for the standard of accommodation on offer. The standout for me of the hotel was the location - it’s a perfect base for everything Bilbao has to offer. It’s in a lovely part of town with very nice bars and restaurants on the doorstep. It’s also very close to public transport stops… but to be honest Bilbao is very walkable from this location. I would stay here again without hesitation.

I was a solo traveller. I cannot say enough positive things about two of the girls on reception. I apologise for not asking their names I should have. I stayed in the hotel two nights early in April and another two nights at the end of the month. I was travelling on the boat. They contacted the taxi for me for the Sunday morning and made sure I knew where I was going. I had to get the metro first. They told me how to get to the subway and which direction to travel. I am a pensioner and they insisted that I got the lift down for the metro as I had heavy luggage. They wrote out in point form the order I was to do these things. They will never know how much I appreciated their help. I hadn't Spanish but that wasn't a problem for them. I am not a well travelled person so this was all a new experience for me.

Pros- great location Pros-room service was cheap and good. Had “mixed salad” and was an amazing tuna salad for only €12 Cons- Visiting in April meant the heating was on & stiflingly hot. The controls in the room were either on/off without ability to control the heat. Incredibly noisy and very little air movement. Location meant that if you opened your window it sounded like you were above a lorry losing park or bar 24/7. Constant noise from cars beeping and people shouting. It was a hellish few nights. Cons- breakfast like a noisy cafeteria Cons- minimal toiletries & supplies in room. We got 1 sachet of coffee and 1 sachet of decaf coffee in a double room! And 1 milk. When I asked for more I was given 1 additional sachet and 1 milk and still no teaspoon. Cons- room 516 was a “nice room” I was told. Turns out it’s next to the lifts, at the top of an open lobby to the stairs. You heard everyone and everything. Tip- bring own tea coffee toiletries supplies Tip- if you like sleeping w your window open don’t book this place
