Hotel Bilbao dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

When we first checked in the staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby is cozy and has free water and a coffee machine. Our room was bigger than we expected and came with everything, toothbrushes, shower cap and comb etc. We asked the front desk for an iron and it came within 5 minutes, great service! The shower was really nice and spacious and the beds were amazing. I suffer from insomnia and the beds were perfectly soft and the comforter was so comfortable I just wanted to stay in bed all day. For the price the breakfast was really good, the only downside was that it seemed a little bit understaffed. My favorite part about the breakfast was the pastry selection, the donuts and cakes were amazing, it tasted better than some pastries I bought from bakeries. Bonus points for providing pads and tampons in the women’s bathroom. The location is pretty good, it’s near the main shopping street and an el corte ingles, it’s also not far from the train station.

Hotel é ótimo. Agora comprar aqui é mt complicado. Pedi cama extra e paguei por isso. Quando la cheguei o quarto n podia ter cama extra. Ainda por cima tinha duas camas quando pedi king size. Nem sei onde reclamar isto??

We had a very comfortable stay in Hotel Carlton. It’s my third time to stay there. The location is fantastic. The whole experience is special. The rooms are very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room are very much appreciated. The little bar is nice for a nightcap after a night out. I’ll certainly stay again

Very comfortable property with an excellent breakfast, fast elevators and wonderful staff. Advice provided by Adrianne was invaluable both for walking Bilbao as well as on getting to and exploring Vizcaya Bridge and Getxo. Would rate higher if beds were newer and location were better. There are NO decent restaurants in close proximity which makes it very inconvenient during rain every night during our five night stay in Bilbao.

Excellent 4* hotel in the perfect location, 12 minutes walk from both Railway station and Intermodal Bus station. Big room, nice beds, all amenities like tv, aircon, kettle, frige and safe. Real bath and bidet in the bathroom. Looks little bit tired, but ok. The only problem was a plastic card room key with magnetic *****, which had been unmagnetized in my pocket several times with earphones case. Hotel has several bars/restoraunts, including one in the inner garden. And meeting areas for conferences.

Everything about this hotel is 5 star. I was so pleased after a long drive for staff to take our bags from the car to our room and park the car for us. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely with biggest comfy bed and very quiet. Although the room was facing the road the glazing is very effective. Great location next to the Guggenheim museum and a few minutes walk from old town, tapas bars and the main shopping street. I would love to go back.

Una gozada el personal muy amable y nos recomendaron dónde ir a comer y visitar desde el minuto 1. Fuimos al concierto de Metallica y llegamos en menos de 3 minutos caminando.

很多年前住過一次，這次過來整體感覺還不錯，位置當然相當方便，去中心區域商業街，古根漢姆，老城區，都是步行即可，周邊那些非常好吃的餐廳，pintxos也都如願再次嚐到。房間整潔夠用，而且還提供了整套洗漱用品，手續也快捷。可能周邊的食物太美味了，相比來説早餐感覺比記憶中遜色。沿街麼肯定會有噪音，但也還好不是太大問題，因為空調感覺有點悶我還開了點窗，這樣情況下噪音也沒有影響到睡眠。

Sería una casualidad, pero nos encontramos con la chica de la limpieza en el ascensor y ni buenos días, en recepción si no dices hola, tampoco saludan. Respecto al hotel, un poco caro para ser un tres estrellas, habitación pequeña, y el hotel en general un poco descuidado. El desayuno caro para un tres estrellas.
