We checked into this hotel after leaving another local hotel two nights early in disgust (the Occidental). We couldn't have been more pleased at our decision to do so, the difference between these two hotels was like night and day. Beautiful and peaceful room with a full wet-room effect shower. Super comfortable bed. Fabulous roof terrace with great cocktails and delicious snacky food options. Highly recommended the Jamon Croquettas. We had room service on our last night. Although the options weren't extensive, the food was spectacular and with great portion sizes, especially on the sides. Very friendly helpful staff. Thank you, Radisson Bilbao.

Everything about this hotel is 5 star. I was so pleased after a long drive for staff to take our bags from the car to our room and park the car for us. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely with biggest comfy bed and very quiet. Although the room was facing the road the glazing is very effective. Great location next to the Guggenheim museum and a few minutes walk from old town, tapas bars and the main shopping street. I would love to go back.

Hotel é ótimo. Agora comprar aqui é mt complicado. Pedi cama extra e paguei por isso. Quando la cheguei o quarto n podia ter cama extra. Ainda por cima tinha duas camas quando pedi king size. Nem sei onde reclamar isto??

Met up with old S African friends walking trip. We stayed first night 25 June and now in return. Perfect position - Soo easy to get back to if you have no sense of direction like me. Fantastic rooms and gr8 staff. We met 3 all of whom spoke English and were motivated to help. Right in thick of life food acres to whole town team and metro. River a great landmark Easy cheap tram bus to Santander. Def recommend it but you really need to book ahead else will be disappointed. Absolutely no complaints.

Es un albergue muy moderno y confortable. Las habitaciones son todas preciosas, amplias y muy nuevas. En las de 10 literas hay dos duchas dentro de la habitación, un inodoro y dos lavabos con secador. Las sábanas te las dejan encima de la cama y es un poco incómodo ponerlas. Cada litera cuenta con una taquilla. Las almohadas y el colchón tienen una funda impermeable muy higiénica y muy cómodas. Tiene en la parte baja un comedor con todo lo necesario incluso algo de comida que se puede comprar. Se entra con un código. Lo malo es la ubicación ya que el barrio donde se encuentra recuerda a los suburbios de una gran ciudad. Olor a drogas en las plazas aledañas, gente de aspecto amenazador sentado en el suelo de las calles cercanas a una hora normal de paseo. Es cierto que de noche volvimos en taxi a pesar de estar a una distancia cercana para ir andando pero viendo por la tarde el mal ambiente que había no nos atrevimos a ir andando pero no había nadie.

La verdad que elevado el precio para las prestaciones que tiene. Se trata de un edificio en el casco antiguo de Bilbao, reformado para el turismo. Habitaciones muy pequeñas sin aire acondicionado y sin ascensor. El ascensor no es tan importante porque las habitaciones están en la Segunda y tercera planta pero el aire acondicionado si que lo echamos de menos. Hace bastante calor en verano y solo un ventilador, puede que la estancia no sea tan agradable. Por otro lado, el estar en pleno centro, como la habitación no sea interior, el ruido de los bares al medio día y la noche es tremendo. La chica de recepción muy amable, la segunda noche al quejarnos del ruido, nos cambió la habitación por una interior que mejoró bastante el tema del precio. Aún así, el precio lo veo desproporcionado

The hotel itself is located in a great part of the Casco Viejo. Once you get oriented, which is not necessarily easy, you are in a great position to enjoy Bilbao. Everything you have heard about the wonderful pintxos in Casco Viejo is true; the hard part is that you can't eat everything. Walking is possible to many places, and the subways are easy to deal with, especially if you ask at the information window for help. Bilboans seemed incredibly helpful and kind everywhere I went in the city. The hotel's reception desk was also helpful and solicitous; I very much appreciated their willingness to answer my questions and help with directions. The problem was that it wasn't quite what I'd expected. My room was OK, but small. It did not resemble the photo very much. The bidet was in a community bathroom; my private bathroom did not have one. Definitely not deal-breakers, but a little disappointing. Overall a good enough place to be, and they certainly were busy, but not special.
