Teilweise erhebliche Mängel. App. ca. 50 m entfernt sehr gut, Zimmer im Haupthaus, besonders in der 2. & 3.Kat. entsprechen nicht mehr dem 4-Sterne-Standard eines Hotels. Lage: Eigentlich sehr schön in einem Wald/Wiesen-Parkähnlichen Gebiet. Parkplätze völlig überfüllt, die am Haus immer voll, an der kleinen Straße mit völlig unebenen Steinen, völlige Dunkelheit, Stolpergefahr. 150 m entfernt weiterer Parkplatz, aber Weg zum Hotel über dicke Kopfsteine. Die armen Rollkoffer!!! Und dann der Gipfel der völligen Unproffessionalität: Mittags gibt es nichts zu essen. Und wer denkt, er bekäme abends was zu essen,... Wir sahen uns fassungslos: Zuerst das Service-Personal, dann Gespräch mit dem Hotel-Direktor: ”Nein, wir haben keine Tische frei!!! Vorhalt: ”Aber Sie müssen doch für ihre Hotel-Gäste Plätze zum Abendessen haben, das Hotel ist doch mindestens 2,5 km vom nächsten Restaurant entfernt”, kam die Antwort: Nein, wir sind voll. Und weg war der Herr Direktor. (Hinweis: Es waren wohl nicht nur Hotelgäste im Restaurant) Unser Angebot: Wir können doch bei 19 Grad Temperatur gegen 18.30 Uhr draußen auf der großen Terrasse essen, da stehen 30 Tische frei, und die Bedienung muss die gleichen Entfernung von Küche zum Tisch gehen, nur eben rechts gehen und nicht links in das Restaurant”. Der Direktor ließ sich auf nichts ein, er schwirrte ab. Ergebnis: Wir mussten über 50 € Taxikosten aufwenden, um nach Münster in ein Restaurant zu fahren. Besonders interessant ist: Unser Management bucht mehrfach im Jahr dort, bringt alle bekannten Künstler dort unter, macht gelegentlich Veranstaltungen mit größerer Zahl Gäste - und das seit mehr als 35 Jahren (Die letzten Übernachtungen vor uns lagen erst 1 Nacht bzw. 5 Nächte zurück) en.

Schöne Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück, hundefreundlich, Kleines aber feines Wellness. 30 m zum See und zu Fuß 25 Minuten zum Münster, Parkplatz fussláufig ausreichend vorhanden und in der Tiefgarage (die kostet dann wohl 17,-/die) kostenloses E-laden . DasRestaurant kann man ebenfalls empfehlen-gerne wieder!

Zimmer,Essen, Service, Lage, alle Punkte haben die Bewertung hervorragend verdient. Besonders die liebevoll durchgestylten Zimmer haben uns gefallen. Die Speisekarte hatte viel zu bieten und alles war von hervorragender Qualität wie auch das reichhaltige Frühstück. Insbesondere haben wir während unseres Aufenthaltes zu jederZeit ein freundliches und kompetentes Personal kennengelernt. Rundherum also ein toller Service. Der Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren waren gut. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
