Ulasan Hotel Svanen Billund

Great hotel with easy access to airport, Lego Land and Lalandia. The rooms are more like apartments.

Front of house and bar staff were lovely, food really really nice, room was average but clean. The hotel is situated a little bit out from centre but a good shuttle bus runs hourly so that was a plus

Place is great and it’s a ten minute walk from Legoland, I am disappointed however as the booking confirmation made no mention of a credit card surcharge so I could have come prepared with cash.

Friendly staff, breakfast included, room is clean but the bed is uncomfortable. Only one thin pillow was provided for each person.

The room stank of bleach which by the morning had gone and then just stunk. Very dated decor and uncomfortable beds. For the price of it £180 I expected at lot more from this hotel room.

Fun friendly service on the main road does what it says on the tin.

酒店不大，距離樂高樂園走路15分鐘左右，樂高house25分鐘左右，天氣好且不累的情況下可以走一走。免費巴士是city shuttle，半小時一班，上車點在酒店北側100米左右，很小的一個候車亭。往來機場也可以乘坐，不然打車的話要100多元（6公里路程）。酒店中央是前台和餐廳，四周是一或二層的客房，客房外有足夠的地方停車。房間和早餐以及性價比還可以。酒店北側走路5分鐘有個房車營地，可以供孩子玩耍，還有個小超市和餐廳。當然真正實惠的超市是出酒店往南，環島再往西，走10多分鐘，有一家本地超市（圖7對面）。

推薦入住，很多帶孩子去樂高樂園的都住在這！ 離樂高樂園走路五分鐘就能到！ 早餐品種挺豐富的，有熱水着實比較喜人！

比隆住一晚，訂了這個酒店。酒店很大，我們住的獨棟的二樓，每棟8個房間。房間很大很舒適，知道我們三人特意把沙發也佈置成了床鋪，點贊。浴缸還可以做按摩，舒適。早餐很棒，選擇不少。唯一缺點比其他幾個酒店離樂高樂園遠了點，走路要十幾分鍾。

房間設施一般，路邊汽車旅館式的，服務也很差，11:30就敲門催退房，服務員也很沒禮貌，態度生硬傲慢，衹是仗着位置優勢，服務各方面很不專業

Meta scelta in alternativa a Copenhagen,anche perché patria della Lego con annesso parco divertimenti. Albergo (Hotel Svanen situato nel comune di Billund) bello, pulito, silenzioso ma non comodo ai servizi pubblici che come sempre al nord sono puntuali ed efficenti. Vicino comunque all'aeroporto 20 minuti a piedi su marciapiede. Ottima la colazione molto abbondante e varia. Unico neo : dal mese di settembre ogni settimana il parco chiude tre giorni il Martedì Mercoledì e Giovedì. Noi abbiamo scelto di visitarlo il giorno del rientro per comodità e lo abbiamo trovato chiuso anche se alcuni siti da noi visitati non riportavano nulla. La cittadina di Billund non offre nulla né come attrazioni turistiche né come negozi a parte il parco. Difficile comunque reperire nelle città da noi visitate (Vejle e Aarhus) dei souvenir magnetici o di altro tipo. Le due città meritano sicuramente una vista. I gadget li abbiamo acquistati in aeroporto ma hanno solamente la scritta Copenhagen o Danimarca.
