Hotel 3 Bintang di Biloxi

The grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

When we arrived at 6pm the front desk said there was a wait for clean rooms and they could take our luggage and call us when a room was ready. There were other people waiting for rooms as well. Thankfully they found a room before I left the front desk and accommodated us! Great place for kids and adults alike. Will be returning.

Ada rancangan acara di Biloxi? tempat peranginan ini mempunyai ruang berukuran 3600 kaki persegi (334 meter persegi) yang terdiri daripada ruang persidangan dan bilik mesyuarat. Tempat letak kenderaan sendiri percuma terdapat di tapak hartanah.Inaplah di salah satu daripada 195 bilik tamu yang menampilkan televisyen skrin rata. We were VERY disappointed with our check-in process. Our school arrived before 2:00 pm and was told we would only be helped after 3:00 pm. We didn't mind waiting; we just wanted to get an early start because of the number of rooms we had. When the associate decided to help us, she selected rooms that were not cleaned, clocked out, and left at 3 pm, and we had to wait until after 5:30 for our students to receive their room keys. Meanwhile, another school came at about 4 pm and was helped by the next shift and received their rooms in a matter of minutes. My students were so disappointed and embarrassed, and I was in utter disbelief. This is truly unacceptable and at that point, i was too angry to even attempt to retrieve the name of the young lady who helped us initially.

With six years of writing reviews, this is the first time I have competing thoughts as to happy experiences and not so happy realities going on at the same time during a stay a few weeks ago. I will make this brief .. Office staff attentive, bed very comfortable, beach access practically outside your door and Keesler AFB within a 5 minute drive, out from the back of the motel property, ”NICE”. Here is where the photos on-line DO NOT really reflect what you see or experience on site. Property is somewhat older and could use a deep clean, but I don't own the place to say this is possible ( ROOMS SLIGHTLY LESS SHINY/NEW? THAN PHOTOS INDICATE ). There is no BREAKFAST and you will be told this during check in, even though you may have already paid for that option during your booking ( SO IGNORE THE DINING ROOM/BREAKFAST NOOK PICTURES ). And most frustrating .. does staff/maintenance check a room before guest arrive, to make sure the plumbing/showers/drain work .. I had already unpacked for a three day stay and did not come back to my room till late the first night .. so, I ”MacGyvered” my way out of not getting clean and brought the issues up at check out :P

There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Lighthouse Park, Skal Axe Throwing and Harrison County Tax Assessor all nearby.In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings.

Super nice hotel with super nice room. Had the 1 king/2 queen suite, it was awesome! Showers were super nice! Beds were cozy and the decor/furniture was exceptional. Didn’t utilize the restaurant/bar but it looked very nice. Staff were super nice. Security on site all night. Unbeknownst to me, I accidentally smushed my panic button on my car keys as I was carrying bags through the hotel to leave early in the morning. When I got outside, security was walking to my vehicle to investigate. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
