Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Biloxi

As usual we enjoyed our stay at Hard Rock. It's a great place to go and enjoy the coast and scenery. We watched a movie in town and gambled and relaxed. Hotel was really nice and we had a wonderful time as usual. Retirement is the Best!!!

Great trip overall, great atmosphere, food was great!!! Black Clover Lounge is very laid back and relaxing, Eight75 has a wonderful bar.

When I got there I was confused on where to park because it said ****** parking. I didn’t know we could park in the garage as well for the hotel. My family and I walked four floors down from the garage because we were very much misdirected. One of the staff did escort us to a different elevator because they seen us waiting a long time for one. The first lady we seen said she “would escort us to the service elevator, it shouldn’t take much longer”.  She seen us waiting for about 10 minutes before all us could get one on.

When we arrived at 6pm the front desk said there was a wait for clean rooms and they could take our luggage and call us when a room was ready. There were other people waiting for rooms as well. Thankfully they found a room before I left the front desk and accommodated us! Great place for kids and adults alike. Will be returning.

We were VERY disappointed with our check-in process. Our school arrived before 2:00 pm and was told we would only be helped after 3:00 pm. We didn't mind waiting; we just wanted to get an early start because of the number of rooms we had. When the associate decided to help us, she selected rooms that were not cleaned, clocked out, and left at 3 pm, and we had to wait until after 5:30 for our students to receive their room keys. Meanwhile, another school came at about 4 pm and was helped by the next shift and received their rooms in a matter of minutes. My students were so disappointed and embarrassed, and I was in utter disbelief. This is truly unacceptable and at that point, i was too angry to even attempt to retrieve the name of the young lady who helped us initially.

A roach was seen on dresser 😞really just need to be updated but the staff was very friendly and nice pool was nice just had grass in it from getting grass cute
