The biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the hot spring park, which costs around $30-35 for entry, and hotel guests don't receive any discounts. The hot spring park is wonderful. The hotel, however, is not. Even the renovated rooms smell of mold. The staff, especially the housekeepers, are unfriendly. The hotel restaurant is very expensive, many menu items are unavailable, and the food takes a long time to prepare. We were charged for three dishes we never received. There are no shops nearby, nor is there a single shop in the hotel where you can even buy water. So, bring your own water and food (there are kettles in the room).

All good, all staffs are very good service but never never good for longer terms staying customers there, the reason is there are nothing to buy any snaks or even water. Very great buffet style breakfast in the morning but can't eating any foods for lunch or dinner except buffet, it's valued quality but never cheap. a few year ago I've been in this hotel and visited again this time but never changed and customers are down...many rooms empty. So, if they don't like change and then recommend over night only not for longer terms. If they trying to open obe of convenience shop, it's very easier for them and no very high invest...and need to support normal foods with good prices foods for lunch and dinner. If yes, probably I stay there again next time 2...3 weeks there. If not, I dont think....if not reply this review mean I understand they won't. However, thank you to staffs....was very good service.

The hotel that belongs to the Minera Hot Springs resort is not that bad. It has a lot of amenities and places to explore, good for the entire family on vacation. When we first arrived, we went to the winter suites, and that was not as nice because we didn't have separate rooms so we switched to three separate wood rooms in the Speing suites, and that turned out to be better. Although one room (room 197) was really danky and smelly. Also, when you arrive, you will quickly realize that the price of staying does not include visiting of the main park which has all of the Hot Springs. That cost extra I would think as hotel patrons we would have access to those, but not really. Not even a discount.

Truly a great location to chill and have family fun ! The villas are great! Crocodile feeding, a highlight! A day in the pool - awesome!

Very nice to visit

We started our holiday in Vietnam with hot springs, after two flights that's what we needed! A quiet place. Forest, sounds of nature and smells of blooming plants and trees. The room is simple, everything is there. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Small towels were not provided and there were no disposable slippers, only rubber ones. Very little water. 350 ml per person. And there is nowhere to buy it nearby except for a restaurant, where 500 ml of plain water costs 25,000 dong. Since you constantly take baths in hot springs, you need to drink a lot, but even in the gym in the cooler there are a bunch of mosquitoes instead of water. I think that this issue needs to be resolved ... Even in the huge territory of paid services there is nowhere to buy water .. you need to go very far to the restaurant. Somehow in a bathing suit and a robe it is not very convenient to run in search of water. But of course, the territory of the water treatment park is very beautiful. There are many different locations with different mineral baths of different temperatures. We spent the whole day and did not want to leave. You relax and unwind so much. It's good that there is a separate area for hotel guests where the main elements of a large park are present... A mineral pool with cool water, a jacuzzi area. A waterfall area for neck and back massage with a hot stream of water. Several small baths with hot water 37-39' and one large one, plus an 82' area with a special river with hot water, the bottom is lined with stones in a certain way for foot massage. There is a forest for walks, but it is very neglected, it is clear that there used to be a farm of ungulates... maybe deer, there are a few horses left and there is a farm with crocodiles where you can watch predators in their environment, you can "feed" them by treating them with pieces of meat tied to a fishing rod. Overall, I really enjoyed my vacation, the staff is trying. Excellent spa, good breakfasts in the restaurant on a buffet system, dinner on the menu is also quite good. But not cheap. There is no infrastructure around, only this resort. Half of the premises are not working, possibly due to the pandemic, they are restoring the flow of tourists, of those present for 3 days, our couple were almost the only Europeans, mostly Vietnamese with large families are on holiday. But everything is very quiet and cultural. We noticed people only at breakfast. It seemed that the resort works only for us 👌😀

A magical place away from civilization! For peace and quiet! The mineral water is magical! On weekdays there are very few people, both in the hotel and in the park. It feels like you are alone there! Incredible relaxation! The hotel is huge, conducive to walks, but there are also electric cars that will take you wherever you need. The breakfasts are top notch! Everything is super! Lunches and dinners from the menu - very tasty? But a bit expensive... Minus: far from everything, no ATM, shops - stalls with small items. This is not enough for a long stay. But you can take a taxi to the city (about 5 km) for 300,000 there and back with waiting. You can call a taxi from the reception.

The male receptionist at 2:30 pm on January 2nd, wearing white, had a very bad attitude, cursed at the customer, and spoke disrespectfully to the customer. The other staff were ok, the service was good.

Unprofessional mineral bath service, for example, making customers wait too long to buy tickets to enter the mineral bath...☹️

I don’t like to rate it with the highest score, but this hotel is beyond all praise, thank you!
