good hotel to stay

It is typical hotel for me. There is a small mini mart nearby where we can buy snacks. I enjoyed their wellness spa and food. Rooftop swimming view is nice.

Grand Lagoi provides free shuttle services upon arrival and departure. While Grand Lagoi is situated beside Plaza Lagoi, but Plaza Lagoi has nothing to offer given that all the tenants have already closed down (sadly). Hence, you are left with limited food options should you not venture outside the hotel. Else, rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are ok-ish, but generally still alright. Service is ok too. Family and I stayed here for 2 nights and I think that’s the maximum days already :)

I recently stayed at Grand Lagoi from 14-16 June 2024, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly staff, beautiful lobby, and efficient check-in process. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the luxurious linens and stunning view of the lagoon. The bathroom was spotless with a fantastic rainfall shower and high-quality toiletries. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant. It offered delicious meals with a wide selection of dishes, and the staff were always attentive and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured a variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the pool and fitness center. The pool was clean and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center was well-equipped and allowed me to keep up with my workout routine. Location-wise, Grand Lagoi is ideally situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance to major attractions and close to public transportation. This made exploring the area extremely convenient. Overall, my stay at Grand Lagoi exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location makes this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting the area. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning back

Room was great. Pool is nice and there are free bicycles for rental, but gym is very small and equipment old. Free shuttle service to and fro ferry terminal as well. Shops nearby have been closed since COVID-19 so not much happening nearby, but very peaceful place near the beach and lake.

Great service, very friendly staff. Very bike-friendly. Hotel even has hybrid and tandem bikes for guests’ use. Contacted hotel for a special birthday celebration, and they pulled it off very smoothly and discreetly. Room is very clean, with a balcony on the terrace. Rooftop bar has great food. Breakfast buffet has a good spread. There is a recreation room and spa within hotel grounds. A walk away from the Plaza Lagoi (which comes alive only on weekends). We went on a five-day cycling trip, and get ice buckets sent to our room each time we return to the hotel! The one place where you can have a great sunrise and sunset view!

Great stay and nice place to relax. The room are spacious and very good for the price. The breakfast was good. All the staff are very accomodating and always willing to assist with smile😊. Hope the Grand Lagoi plaza shops will open soon so the place can recover to help jobs for locals. Overall is very good.

We booked for two nights here and the service was wonderful! The staff and receptionist are helpful and super nice. They drove us to the hotel from the ferry terminal with sincere help and service! Worth trying if it is the first time for you to visit Bintan. The swimming pool here is awesome!

Room was clean. Friendly staff. Love the Christmas buffet, but the Room service food need alot of improvement. Taste wise was not that great.

Great new hotel near the beach with amazing rooftop pool. Great food. And you can borrow bicycles in the hotel to ride around the lagoon.
