Has some questions after booking, staff responded fast via email, shuttle bus service to and from BBT ferry terminal were taken care off nicely. Decided to book a 2 nights private tent in order to enjoy some quiet moment after reading some review via klook and trips regards to noise pollution from neighboring tent. Glad that we don’t have much noisy neighbors and not full house but the maintenance and housekeeping staff chat sessions can be hear clearly from the inside of our tent, especially when they’re outside the compound, as early as before 8am and as late as 7:45pm, still hearing their voice. At last we can’t stand and feedback on the 3rd day of our stay via WhatsApp’s, to request housekeeping/maintenance staff to lower down their volume, and finally we have a peaceful morning nap before check out on day 3.

Really enjoyed the stay at Anmon. The place is really perfect for relaxing. The room is really clean and the staff there were all very nice.

This resort is extremely well designed as a desert paradise glamping experience. Located close to the ferry terminal and the lagoon is super amazing. Early mornings and evenings are the best at the resort besides being a stargazers paradise. Downsides are the rooms can get quite warm inside during the day and are not sound proofed. Having noisy neighbours can be a huge sleep disruption, which I experienced. The rooms also smelled of polyvinyl due to direct sunlight heating the plastic sheets used for covering the glamp. Wonder if these plastic sheets require periodic replacements to avoid the smell

Free shuttle bus from BBT Terminal to The AnMON you just need to text the hotel one day in advance. Overall is good we enjoy our BBQ for dinner. Staff are friendly anything can Whatsapp they reply also fast.If you are a light sleeper like me i will not recommend you for staying too many night. Tent and tent is very near you can hear the next tent is chatting at midnight. Wind blow the tent will also have sound keep on going.

Everything at the resort was incredibly systematic and well-organized, resulting in a completely frustration-free stay. We arrived at 12 PM and were pleasantly surprised to receive our room for an early check-in at 1 PM after a minimal wait! We opted for the 6-activity package—a great value according to my husband—which included a fantastic 2-hour karaoke session and access to the kids' indoor playground. We highly recommend the 6-activity package; it kept us thoroughly engaged throughout our 3-day, 2-night stay. The resort's punctuality was excellent: our in-room couple's massage therapists arrived exactly on time, and the fire for our 6:30 PM outdoor BBQ was already set up by 6 PM. The sound proof is not so good especially when the kids sleep at the teepee materials but when they are tired they still can fall asleep fast just that the next door kids wake up so early. Have to expect sound as it is glamping.

Had an amazing family escape at the Deluxe Glamp Tent! Perfect for families with teens - loved the space and comfort. Food at Compass Rose was a hit - delish! Treasure Bay was a breeze to get to, simply send a WhatsApp to Concierge & they'll arrive shortly. Only downside was some staff vibes - 3 weren't exactly warm and fuzzy 🙅♂️. Still, can't fault the experience, highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room is spacious and clean. Environment is very chill. Staff is very responsive and friendly. Overall is good, suit for short vacation.

Pros: Great location which just 5 min from Sebong terminal and hotel provided complimentary shuttle service to hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. All the queries and request was contact through WhatsApp which is convenient and responsive (maybe not the peak season). We have a lot of fun at Treasure Bay and some free activities provided. We enjoyed 20% discount on the activities as the guest of Anmon. The pool is sea salt water and it is pretty clean as well. The room is pretty interesting and it is a great experience to stay inside a tent! Cons: There is moldy smell in the room. Because it is a tent, hence soundproof is poor as we can hear the music from hotel lobby (but it does not affect our sleep LoL we still had a good slept). Should clean up the sky window in the room.

The entire trip was okay! Staffs were very very friendly and welcoming. Especially love the swimming pool! For the price of the tent itself i think it is definitely worthy. The only thing to take note is the food they sell there is not as cheap.. spend on average $70/80 for every meal for 2 pax...

Spacious, comfortable, clean room. The roof can be opened so one can see the stars from the bed while lying down. Many activities around it to enjoy. A good place to having a short vacation.

Good place for family and children with the pool and activities available. We kayaked (complimentary 15 mins), rented bicycle and 3 wheel scooter. But did not take the float as we were not allowed to bring it to the other side of pool nearer to hotel.  Did not realise there are 2 ferry terminals and went to Tanjung Pinang one which is 1hr 15 min away. The bandar b one is only 5 mins away so do check.  Shuttle service around resort was efficient.  Massage slots were difficult to book so pre book in advance and make sure they booked correctly. Overall a comfortable glamping experience.

The resort is very responsive to emails even before our stay. The staffs are very warm and helpful. The rooms are clean. Eventhough there is no phones in the rooms, they reply the whatsap request very fast.
