Didn’t enjoy the breakfast the eggs wasn’t that good and the bacon was too tough for my liking and also my keys were giving trouble on the second day. But everything else was fine

Unfortunately not very clean. No glasses or cups in our room and made us pay for water. Probably the most bar minimal effort travelodge I have stayed in. See why it is 2 stars.

The staff were really friendly, the room itself wasn't very clean and the sink was leaking, toilet kept gurgling throughout the night and obviously can't be help but the location meant the night was very noisy.

Really quick check in, room was fine and price was the cheapest in Birmingham. A big shout out to Pat, I am a regular visitor and she is always friendly and very helpful. The team work extremely hard and are always willing to help when needed. I will be back again

Travel lodge offered a solid, enjoyable meal. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, perfect for a relaxed dinner. Service was friendly and efficient. The food was well-prepared and tasty. I particularly enjoyed the panjabi chicken curry. Prices were reasonable, offering good value for the quality. Overall, a good, reliable option for a straightforward and satisfying dining experience.

I come here regularly for work and find Pat to be extremely professional, friendly and willing to help. She seems to work well with the rest of the staff and provides a great service to customers. Food is always prepared nicely, without delay and her customer service is impeccable. Suggest recognition or vouchers if possible.
